## What is FeelWatch?

[Test account]
No login is required for core features. Purchasing or restoring membership prompts Sign in with Apple so the receipt can be synced to the user’s server account.

[HealthKit]
We read HRV, heart rate, resting HR, sleep, steps, workouts, environmental audio, SpO₂, respiratory rate, body temperature, body fat %, VO₂ max, and time in daylight (iOS 17+) to show stress status, sleep insights, and an estimated “body age.” We write dietary water and caffeine when the user logs habits.
Grant access via onboarding or Settings → Health authorization, then sync from the Today tab.
If HealthKit is denied, demo-data banners are shown; we do not present sample data as real Health records.

[Body age]
Lifestyle estimation only, not a medical device. Users can set chronological age in Settings → Body age profile.

[Apple Watch]
Companion app shows HRV/habits and watch face guidance. Watch faces: Today → Add watch face → Import from Files (.watchface exported from the Watch app) if bundled placeholders are used, or add FeelWatch complications (HRV / Steps / Sleep) when editing a watch face.

[In-App Purchase]

搭配Apple Watch测HRV还挺准的，可以直接看当前身体压力，还有睡眠、日常状态之类的记录，感觉用来调整作息、缓解内耗焦虑之类的情绪会很好用
