Super disappointed. I used up my free trial and purchased the premium access for life. It stopped logging in so I removed the app and downloaded again. Now it has no record of my purchase. I’m going to dispute with my bank.

**Developer response:** I’m really sorry about the trouble — during that time, there was a temporary issue with a certificate that may have affected the login and purchase recognition.

If you were logged in using Apple Login, please try the following steps:
1. Log out from your profile
2. Delete the app from your device
3. Reinstall the app from the App Store
4. Log back in using your Apple ID and wait... 

After logging in, wait a few seconds — your premium access and data should reappear correctly.
If the app can't find you as "premium user" after these steps please try: 
- go to profile tab and press "restore purchases" then navigate back to your diary tab "feelings"

I just joined and I’m a kid and for some of the feelings I didn’t know what they meant and l think that the app is pretty expensive for an app for kids.

Was ich wirklich gut finde, ist dass die App ganz einfach funktioniert und ohne viel Schickschnack auskommt. So kann meine 5 jährige Tochter die App schon von ganz alleine Bedienen und ihre Gefühle per Sprache aufnehmen. Was ich mir noch wünschen würde, ist eine kleine Notiz oder Foto für jedes Gefühl, so dass ich später besser zuordnen kann um was es ging! Weiter so…

Wir benutzen die App für unsere ganze Familie. Was ich wirklich schön finde, ist, dass die App sich auf meinen Geräten synchronisiert – damit hatte ich gar nicht gerechnet. Toll ist auch das Führen eines Tagebuchs mit Audioaufnahmen. Das macht wirklich Sinn, da lange Texte schreiben eher umständlich ist... ganz zu schweigen von kleineren Kindern, die ja noch gar nicht schreiben können. Jedenfalls mal eine wirklich sinnvolle App für Kinder.
