## What is FEIF Timer?

FEIF Timer is a utility to support the management and judging of Icelandic horse oval track competitions conducted under the international Sport Competition Rules and Regulations (formerly known as "FIPO") established and maintained by FEIF.

This version adds the 2-minute break in the middle of the third section of T2 finals.

We added the current test sections according to FEIF Rules and Regulations 2024.
