Doesn’t work just a scam. Immediately return any trash “color changing” product. And screw apple for letting all these scammers into their store ### 1/5 — Used to work *2022-01-04, version 10.102.30* This app used to work but now doesn’t seem to be able to communicate with the bulbs. I’ve emailed the help address listed within the app and not received a reply. For bulbs that use Bluetooth and not Wi-Fi, I’ve only been able to find ones from Feit and Sylvania, and the Sylvania ones emit a high pitch whine while being bulkier, less vibrant, and less radiant. The Feit ones will still work without this app (controlled via Apple’s Home app), and I would still recommend them, but this app was required to fine-tune the color and update the firmware. ### 1/5 — Broken *2021-12-23, version 10.102.30* My light used to work now it’s broken . Can’t connect any bulbs ### 1/5 — Stopped working *2021-07-07, version 10.102.30* Does not work, it use to, now it won’t connect to the light and once it was working then stopped I deleted everything to try to get it to work but would not work, it would not connect to the app, but I hen it made a profile that showed there was a light , but it would do the same thing again saying it was not online. When my Bluetooth is on and the light is on it should be all online but it is not and the app will not update firmware. My other lights that are WiFi on other apps work but this app with this Bluetooth build does not and now it is just a regular light bulb. ### 1/5 — Absolute trash. *2021-06-11, version 10.102.30* I just got a light bulb from this company, connected it to my phone and downloaded the app, and now the HomeKit connection it screwed up and it refuses to work properly. Wow, Feit Electric, really nice! ### 1/5 — Broken *2021-04-11, version 10.102.30* The app worked a year or two ago, but has been broken since I updated to iOS 14. Could y’all get this thing working again? I’d like to use my new Feit HomeKit lights. Idk if it’s an issue with the newer Bluetooth version’s backwards compatibility or what, but whatever it is is really killing your company’s credibility. If you don’t support your legacy products, why would anyone buy your new products? You might just turn around and drop support/updates for those after a year or two, too. The idea of buying LEDs was sold to the public with the promise of longevity; this app should remain functional for at least a decade after the product is discontinued.
