Horrible. No way to subscribe to any content except the free which is limited. The  help section asks you to send a message but it is impossible to do so. I would like to try the program but even when they send the link it doesn’t work Arrrgh!,

I had severe injuries. I am a senior. Last year I did Andrew’s lessons nearly every day. I love Andrew’s lessons because he gives detailed instructions on movements, which made all the difference in  healing my injuries and eliminating unrelenting pain.  I also can easily get in the “zone of floating” with many of his lessons. I still can’t believe I can raise my right arm above my head completely. Unfortunately I have a new severe injury with my left arm.

Well worth the money. 
Very easy to find lessons that are relevant to any specific issue or function that you want to explore. The instruction style is clear, precise, and not only do lessons contain movement instructions, but plenty of theory as well.
I find that a regular feldenkrais practice makes me better at everything else that I do, from playing music to running to playing hacky sack to sitting upright at a desk for long periods of time without pain. And not only do I perform better, but these activities feel more effortless, and are more enjoyable as a result.

The app mis represents which features are accessible with the basic plan. I cancelled immediately after spending  $29.99 fir nothing.
