I probably average eating here once or twice a week. But this app is absolute trash. When I tried to “sign up” I got a notice that a customer already exists with this phone number. When I tried to use my phone number, it said no such customer exists. Since I can no longer order online, I have to call it in each time or order at the window. That bad for me, and it involves more labor costs for FelFel. Why can’t they just get the tech right??? ### 1/5 — The app that alienated customers. *2022-05-27, version 6.2.3* Most food service apps are designed to attract and retain customers who appreciate the convenience and added benefit of an app. This app, however, is unfortunately turning customers away as the once complete package of convenience is diminishing as this app fails to function. FelFel has the best Mediterranean food in the area, it’s a clean restaurant, and the staff is always friendly, professional, and practice good food service habits. My family and I love their meals and visit routinely. I hope they get the app resolved soon.
