I used to use YouTube for yoga but always got sucked in to ads or distracted by random videos. Using Felicity’s app keeps me much more mindful and focussed. I love the variety in length of videos and style so I can always pick something I fancy - I tend to use the bedtime, restorative and gentle hatha classes but I also love her meditation and breathing videos - so relaxing! Felicity is so clear in her instruction which I now really notice when others teachers are less so - I don’t need to look at the video all the time which keeps me more in the zone and mindful!
