IYKYK; repeated bladder/urethra blockages caused him to have one major surgery and numerous smaller procedures from time to time. In the end, we had to put him on his path to the rainbow bridge because he couldn’t empty his bladder, had to wear the cone to prevent him licking/irritating himself, abs the poor little guy couldn’t really eat or drink with the cone on, either. Now that I’ve learned just a little bit from this app, it seems like he really was in pain a great deal of the time that we didn’t know about. I had no idea that he had been in constant pain. I thought the blockages were discrete events. But judging from what I remember, our little guy had been in pain very often. I’m grateful that we have this app now to help us withbetter understanding when our cats are likely to be in pain!
