I’ve made an order on the app only to wait over 1hr to come to terms that I was never going to receive it.

I then proceeded to call one of their store where they told me that there was an issue with the order and I wasn’t going to get it.

I wish they had let me know sooner and that I didn’t have to wait forever AND reach out to them for them to tell me this…..

Too bad, you missed the whole point of the client experience.

I love the convenience of being able to order fresh, warm cookies for delivery or quick pickup right from my phone. Delivery was fast and cookies are delightful!
