De las peores experiencias que he tenido, el servicio al cliente nefasto, de 6 envíos que he realizado con 2 he tenido problemas. La primera vez pensé que era solo un error y decidí darles una segunda oportunidad, algo de lo que realmente me arrepiento.

Para resumir mi dinero se perdió,me robaron 200 dólares y nunca me solucionaron.

La peor empresa de envíos de dinero le retiene la plata, le dicen un poco de mentiras, la culpa es de los que reciben pero no han solución se quedan con la plata 48 a 72 horas la peor no se la recomiendo a nadie cuiden la plática

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this service. I needed to change the sender name on my account because my husband had previously used my account to send money. We thought the sender name could be selected or changed for each transaction. Nowhere during the registration or sending process was it clearly stated that the sender name is essentially “pick one and stick with it” and cannot be changed afterward.

When I tried to correct the name so I could send money under my own name, I was told that they could not change it and that my only option was to create a completely new account using a different phone number.

I contacted three different agents and even asked for a supervisor, hoping someone could actually help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, all of them just repeated the same response and no solution was provided. Several of the agents, including the supervisor, did not even finish the conversation with me and instead sent me back to the bot.

The customer service was not helpful or professional. I spent a significant amount of time trying to get a simple issue resolved, only to be given the same answer repeatedly.

The problem isn’t just that they can’t change the name. The bigger issue is that this restriction is not clearly disclosed to customers upfront. If I had known from the beginning that the sender name could not be changed, I would have registered the account differently.

Very disappointing experience. If a name cannot be changed after registration, that should be made extremely clear before customers use the service. And if a customer asks to speak with a supervisor, they should actually receive assistance instead of being sent back to an automated bot.

No lo usen , si tienes un problema no te resuelven , no tiene número de servicio al cliente , y tardan mucho tiempo en contestarte los mensajes

Pésima experiencia ofrecían un monto de promoción y al intentar hacer el envío no me dejaba hacerlo lo intenté 7 veces. Soporte nunca me atendió como debía, siempre me enviaban mensajes automáticos . Siento que lo hacen solo para captar clientes pero no responden como deben .

Intentas enviar dinero y no te deja incluso hablas con tu banco y tú mismo banco te dice que todo está bien , y cuando hablas con su servicio al cliente es como si hablaras con el aire , no les importa dejarte hablando solo y hacer que el bot responda , no entiendo una mierda si no pueden ayudar a sus clientes para que hacen estos negocios solo por sus ganancias o que ?
