## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Dumb

*2021-07-13, version 1.3.0*

This app is dumb. If you accidentally type in your password wrong once it blocks you out of the app for 15 minutes.

### 1/5 — Poor quality

*2018-10-23, version 1.3.0*

The app is clunky, slow, and uninspiring. We use it but it’s nothing to write home about.

### 1/5 — Constant Crash

*2018-05-11, version 1.2.0*

App seemed to go well until I enabled “Touch ID”. I have an iPhone X and now the app crashes consistently at startup.

### 1/5 — Buggy login

*2018-01-22, version 1.0.2*

Having the same problem. Won’t log in through Touch ID. Keeps looping and asking me to login. Can’t login through password either. Stays stuck.

### 1/5 — Troubled log in

*2018-01-15, version 1.0.2*

App has been working fine, but every once in a while it gets stuck in a loop of asking for touch log in. It won’t even let me cancel out of it to put in a password. The only way to get it to quit is a hard restart of the entire phone. So frustrating.

### 1/5 — Major Issues

*2017-12-18, version 1.0.2*

When I first download, everything worked great with the app. Now, the app won’t even open. The app has great potential, but I can’t even use it right now. Going back to the old mobile app.

### 1/5 — Missing a key feature...

*2017-11-11, version 1.0.1*

Where is the ability to add a person to contacts?? The old app had this feature, why would this new one not have it. I’m actually surprised at how little this app accomplishes... it’s a glorified contact viewer. If the F1 website was optimized for mobile this app would be obsolete.

### 2/5 — Needs updating

*2021-09-03, version 1.3.0*

It would be really nice if a few things were updated.
- permanent Face ID/Touch ID activation, no more entering log in passwords
- the app is very slow returning search results
- the “Show Additional Fields” down arrow on the search page is very hard to activate

### 2/5 — Slow and clunky

*2019-05-09, version 1.3.0*

It regularly shuts down, etc. pulse just sits there and spins. The previous version was
Much better. This one LOOKS sharp but does not function well.

### 2/5 — Buggy login

*2017-12-23, version 1.0.2*

Can’t login at the moment. Keep getting touch if pop up, but it doesn’t work and when I cancel the password field can barely accept characters. Definitely something buggy in the code here.

## Most praised reviews (7 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Senior Pastor

*2018-08-01, version 1.3.0*

I use the app frequently and it allows me to stay in contact with members .

### 5/5 — Annoying

*2018-06-25, version 1.3.0*

The other Info app we had stayed open after you put the password in but once. You didn’t have to re enter your password all the time. Kind of annoying. No way to change that?

### 4/5 — Somewhat unwieldy

*2020-05-27, version 1.3.0*

Some navigation issues make it difficult (impossible) to go back to a previous menu. Only remedy is to restart app.

### 4/5 — A good start!

*2017-11-17, version 1.0.2*

This app is a great start and great for ministry leaders to use on the go. It’s a little slower than I would expect, but hopefully over time the app will improve and the speed will pick up. Right now it can take about 2 minutes from opening the app (with either Touch ID or passcode) to viewing a profile. I’d like the time to get to a profile down to 30 seconds. Just about as fast as pulling up a contact in your phone’s contact list.

### 4/5 — Good first shot

*2017-11-12, version 1.0.1*

It’s looking a lot better than the old F1 Touch App. They fixed their iPhone X bug. Surprised there are two main tabs of functionality and the second one is just an ad for upgrading your F1.

### 3/5 — Good Tool when Away from a Desktop

*2020-04-13, version 1.3.0*

The F1 tool is useful and handy when a person is trying to find names of family members, or contact information. I would like to see the entire household rather than individual members.

### 3/5 — Touch ID crash

*2018-01-15, version 1.0.2*

I can use it fine if I sign in with my username and password, but if I turn on Touch ID it crashes. Really it doesn’t crash, I just get stuck in an infinite loop of it telling me to use Touch ID and then either freezing (I can’t even quit the app) or continuously popping up the Touch ID message. I love the look of the new app, and was really excited about the Touch ID feature, but I’ll have to just keep that shut off.
