## What is Felt?

Felt is a fast, private way to track how you feel and what you're doing —
then see the patterns connecting them.

Log mood, sleep, energy, anxiety, headaches, exercise, alcohol, or
anything else you want to watch, in one tap. No forms, no friction — just
a quick daily check-in that takes seconds.

WHAT YOU CAN TRACK
• Mood, anxiety, stress, focus, irritability
• Sleep, energy, headaches, pain, exercise, meds
• Water, alcohol, coffee, cigarettes, or any custom counter
• Anything else — build your own tracker with a custom name, icon, color,
  and scale

Add a quick note to your day too — the "why" behind the numbers, right
from your check-in. Search back through everything you've written,
anytime.

SEE THE PATTERNS
Your board shows an 18-week heatmap for every tracker, so trends jump out
at a glance. The Week view lays out a full calendar week at a time, one
row per tracker, with a running total for anything you've set a weekly
goal or limit on. Insights finds real correlations across your data —
same-day and next-day — backed by an actual correlation coefficient, not
a guess.

Wondering if that headache lines up with a medication, poor sleep, or
something else entirely? Log symptoms and anything you think might be a
trigger — meds, alcohol, exercise, weather, whatever you add — and
Insights finds what actually moves together in your own data, including
overnight patterns like "a late drink is followed by worse sleep" or
"more energy the day after exercise" — with the real correlation
coefficient behind it. Correlation isn't causation, but seeing the
pattern is often the first step to knowing what to ask your doctor.

BUILT AROUND YOUR PRIVACY
Every entry stays on your device. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is sold,
no account required. Back up everything to a single file anytime and
restore it on a new phone — still no server, still just you and your
data. Lock the app behind Face ID for an extra layer of privacy on
shared devices.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.3 — 2026-09-01

What’s New in Felt 1.3

Insights are clearer and easier to trust.

- See when one tracker may relate to another the next day.
- Compare same-day and next-day patterns in more detail.
- Clearer chart directions show whether higher values are better or worse.
- Insights now starts with an 8-week balanced view, with guidance for each time range.
- Improved logging for things recorded the morning after, like sleep or alcohol.

Also includes reliability improvements and bug fixes.

### 1.2 — 2026-08-08

Felt 1.2 adds a few things people kept asking for:
• Daily notes — jot down the "why" behind a day in a couple of sentences, right from your check-in. Search back through everything you've written, anytime.
• Weekly targets for counters — set a weekly goal or limit, not just a daily one ("15 drinks a week" alongside "8 glasses a day"), tracked in a new full calendar-week view.
• Next-day correlations in Insights — catches overnight patterns same-day correlation misses, like a late drink followed by worse sleep, or better energy the day after a workout.
• Back up and restore your data, free — one file with everything, restorable on a new phone, still no server and no account.
• A clearer way to log a zero on counters, plus a round of smaller fixes and polish.

### 1.1 — 2026-07-28

See how your week went.
Felt now reads your last seven days back to you, in plain language — right on Today. A quick "here's how the week went," what moved and what held steady, with each tracker's change versus last week. No charts to decode, and it's free.
Tap through for the full weekly review: your check-in count and streak, a per-tracker breakdown, and a jump into Insights for the patterns behind it all.
