Felt is the poker director for your home game, club, or charity tournament. No more scribbled buy-in sheets, no arguments about who owes who, no fumbling with the clock. Felt runs the whole night, from first deal to final settlement, so you can play.

THE CLOCK
A professional blind timer built for the table. Set your structure, hit Start, and let Felt do the rest. Blinds auto-advance, breaks are announced, and every device in the room stays in sync. Adjust the current level on the fly, edit upcoming levels mid-game, or auto-generate a fresh structure by entering player count, starting stack, and target length. Cast the clock full-screen to your TV via AirPlay (Pro). Choose from Pro clock themes like felt green, midnight, and Vegas neon.

THE LEDGER
Track every buy-in, rebuy, add-on, cash-out, payout, and bounty in real time. Felt keeps a running tally of money on the table and a per-player roll-up, so you always know where things stand. Works for cash games and tournaments.

SETTLEMENT
At the end of the night, Felt works out exactly who owes whom, with the fewest possible transfers. Pick Equal Split for cash games, or Top-N %, ICM, or Chip Chop for tournament finishes. One tap opens PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or Monzo with the amount prefilled, and you authorize the transfer in that app. Felt never processes, holds, or moves money.

TOURNAMENTS
Everything your home tournament or charity fundraiser needs. Random seat draw across one or many tables, with smart rebalancing as players bust. Rebuys, add-ons, bounties with knockout attribution, optional Big Blind Ante, and a house fee for charity contributions or snacks. Felt tracks who knocked out whom and gives you a leaderboard at the end of the night. Save your favorite structure as a preset and it's ready next time in seconds.

LEAGUES
Run a season. Group your tournaments into a league, assign points, and crown a Player of the Year. Standings update automatically after every settled game.

HOST TOOLS
A chip distribution calculator turns a target stack and your chip set into a clean per-player breakdown. Spoken blind announcements with premium voices keep the table in the loop without anyone watching the clock. Chimes at level end and minute warnings before every break.

MULTI-DEVICE
Phone, iPad, and TV all in sync. Any device can control the clock. There's no single host device, so if you hand your phone to a player, the game keeps running.

PRIVACY FIRST
Sign in with Apple only. No passwords, and you can hide your email with Apple's private relay. Player contact photos stay on-device and are never uploaded. Felt records money owed between friends. It never processes or holds a dollar.
