### 5/5 — Mine’d has taught me more than years with a counselor.

*2021-02-13, version 1.73.2*

I am so grateful to have found this app. Mark Groves is amazing and I have learned so much about myself. Far more than I learned in YEARS with counseling and therapy. I only wish that I had learned this when I was younger but better late than never.

### 5/5 — Coregulation at its best

*2021-02-12, version 1.73.2*

So grateful you all developed this platform and such a good reprieve from social media . I’ve been on her since September and it is still a gem , thanks for all everyone does to show up , be vulnerable and share wisdom .

I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment

### 5/5 — 10/10 would recommend

*2020-12-01*

This app is truly amazing. It has helped me to further my own self growth, to develop insight, knowledge and awareness in many different aspects of life and human connection. The dynamic team of people/experts and topics covered are fantastic.

### 5/5 — Incredibly helpful app!

*2020-11-25, version 1.6*

Mine’d is such a beautiful space to interact and hear experts in their field discuss human behavior, relationships, and overall wellness. There is not another space like this, it’s helped improve my life and offered new perspective. So grateful this is available and accessible for us!

### 5/5 — Love Mark Grove

*2020-11-25, version 1.6*

I truly love Mark Grove work! He’s such a blessing to the world. I highly recommend the app and Mark series. I learn so much from it. Just want Mark to know that he makes all difference in people’s life! God bless you!

### 5/5 — Life changing

*2020-11-25, version 1.6*

I cannot say enough about how helpful this app has been for my mental health, self awareness and self love especially at such a challenging time. I recently discovered the app through @createthelove Mark Groves. He has helped me make sense of so many struggles that were starting to suffocate me. I finally have clarity and feel empowered to take control of my life instead of merely living it. If you are ready to heal, love and find inner peace and freedom, this is an app you won’t be deleting. A huge thank you to all the therapists, life coaches and inspirational people who put this together. What an amazing way to better society. If only this was knowledge everyone received and embraced, what a beautiful world we would live in.

### 5/5 — Wonderful app!

*2020-11-25, version 1.6*

Found this app because I have been following Mark Groves for a few months now. I feel like I have several therapists for free (in 2020). There’s so many great, inspiring experts on here and I feel so much calmness when I tune into these live sessions. Thank you guys for giving us this app for free this year! 🙏🏼

### 5/5 — Insightful

*2020-11-25, version 1.6*

This has helped me immensely. In all aspects of my life. The facilitators are wonderful, respectful, and truly care about the community and the type of content they put out. Would recommend to any human.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Can’t Sign Up

*2024-09-08*

Is this app still available? I can’t get past the sign up screen.

### 1/5 — Pretty much worthless now

*2023-07-10*

At first this was such a great app with lots of interesting new content and opportunities to interact with the experts. Ever since they decided to do the update however, ya got nothing. There’s been no updates or new content in like 3 months, all the experts have gone radio silent and yeah. It’s just worthless. If you happened to pay for a yearly subscription you’re out of luck on top of it, because now you’re not getting what you originally thought you were paying for.

### 1/5 — nonsense gurus

*2021-10-04, version 1.76.2*

this is self-help for people who don’t actually want to feel better or improve themselves.

Tons of dangerous pop psychology by a bunch of hacks whose book deals arent paying them anymore.

You will feel worse after this. Your worst habits will be coddled. You will be fed a bunch of garbage that sounds plausible but will do nothing to help you address the root causes of your stress, anxiety, depression, or other issues.

This app is a circle jerk of self-titled wellness freaks. It’s made people who want to make money off of your insecurities without healing or helping anyone.

Disgusting.

### 1/5 — Toxic positivity

*2020-09-15, version 1.4*

I can't imagine the ideal client this app is designed for. I was looking forward to it but it's full of aggressive un-help: toxic positivity from those popular in their fields. The messages are simply not true- "you manifest what you believe" in relationships does not account for the other person's autonomy and puts the responsibility on the individual to try to control their thoughts so that the best thing shows up. This is unhelpful for victims of abuse- you do not manifest your abuse. The professionals on this app do not present as trauma-informed in the slightest. In one talk, a psychiatrist says you can prevent yourself from reacting to triggers through "awareness". Again, this is simply not true. Asking survivors in particular, anyone who might be hurt and on this app seeking help in general, to access their potential triggers so they can prevent having reactions to them is unsafe and unfair and simply not the way trauma responses work. Trying to offer that as a solution is asking people to be retraumatized on purpose. These professionals are being irresponsible with their advice. I can't stress enough that the messages peddled on this app are going to cause harm to a lot of people.

### 2/5 — No way to delete your account

*2020-11-08*

There’s no way to delete your account, and no way to contact anyone to find out how.

### 3/5 — Missing a few key features

*2020-11-08, version 1.5*

The contest is fantastic, however, there is no way to pause an episode and then get back to it. The app is lacking a function of tracking content you already played or where in the process of playing for you to get back to. Very frustrating.

### 4/5 — Great content, well made app

*2022-07-31*

There is lots of great content on this app and the app itself works smoothly with lots of well designed features. Given the nature of the content available it would be great if this app could be optimised for iPad to make watching the longer form video content this app specialises in more comfortable and engaging.

### 4/5 — Grow your Mine’d

*2020-12-05, version 1.6*

This is an amazing self help/ motivational / meditation-ish app. They have a dynamic set of professional speakers that drop truth bombs on your reality and lift you up on the daily. I learned of this app from Mark Groves since I took a previous course of his. If you are a person trying to navigate tough situations and you need to hear helpful feedback on these challenges, this app is for you. If you need a morning pick me up that will be sure to make you feel like you just donned a cape and can seriously fly and have superpowers, this app is for you. If you need a reminder about how you’re not doing your life wrong even if you’re already middle aged and still trying to figure out healthy relationships, this app is for you. If you need a soothing hug from a community of friends because you’re spiraling on negative self thoughts and are convinced you got dealt a crappy hand in life, this app is for you. If you want to deconstruct the relationship patterns you find yourself in and learn healthier ways of being, this app is for you. If you want priceless insight from a range of fantastic and diverse experts - this app is for you.

The only reason I withheld one star was because I’m seriously binge-listening to previous sessions while the app is still free in 2020 🙏🏽🙌🏽 I see that the developers recently added a feature to be able to look at what sessions you’ve already listened too, but with the videos all having similar numbers, it’s hard to tell which category it came from and when you navigate away from where you would watch old sessions to this screen that has the list, you’ve already forgotten the titles you have/ or have not listened to.

I recommend considering a way of graying out the watched content on the pages where the videos are found, or include a completed progress bar at the bottom of it (see Gaia app for inspiration). Better yet would be the ability to filter out previously watched content and to allow the entire playlist to continue playing back to back (think podcast apps). I’d easily listen to hours and hours of this stuff but find the video ends after 20 minutes forcing me to interact with my phone again. Maybe that’s purposeful so I stay mor attentive?

Anyways, these things are important to me because of the time zone difference, which means I’m rarely able to get online during live sessions.

I know this is a newer app so I’m sure the developers will get those things sorted over time. I’m impressed by the quality of the videos and streaming and have already benefitted tremendously from all this #truth. 🙏🏽 Mahalo!!

### 4/5 — So much great content

*2020-11-25, version 1.6*

I found this app because of Mark Groves and it is fantastic. The content is top quality and I have learned so much. It’s an excellent platform to get easily digestible content on well-being, relationships, family dynamics, etc. Social media but for mental health! And it’s free for all of 2020. I only gave it 4 out of 5 because there are still some features that need to be built out, like a search bar.

### 5/5 — Holy Cr@p! This app is amazing!

*2022-10-28, version 2.0.2*

I wanted to briefly say that this app is fantastic and worth every penny. Using this app feels like I’ve gone through weeks of therapy in only a few hours or days.

I’ve downloaded many mental health apps in the past, and nothing has come close to this. Thank you for creating this space. It's been life-changing for me. 🙌

## Most praised reviews (9 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — A place to listen and be heard!

*2022-09-26, version 2.0.0*

Really enjoying this app. There is always a Mine’d conversation for a feeling I’m having. Whether relationship or motivation, listening to the guides and reading the comments makes me feel heard — without saying anything! 🙏🏽

### 5/5 — Something for everyone

*2022-06-24, version 1.79.1*

This is the best app for mental health topics or coaching needs. I have recommended it to many friends and even my adult children. The content is delivered in an appealing, accessible way with bite size pieces or longer sessions. There is a community out there waiting to support you. Whatever you need help with, you will find it here.

### 5/5 — The 1 App that everyone should download!!!

*2022-05-01*

This app is a mind-blowing, life-altering, your-eyes-have-never-been-so-wide-open-experience! The wealth of wisdom you can find within Mine’d experts incredible selection of live sessions and video-on-demand library is UNMATCHED by any self development and social intelligence offering anywhere! That old question of if you were stuck on a deserted island and could only bring ONE thing with you… I’m bringing the Mine’d App! It is the most incredible and accessible tool for self-growth, expansion, and thriving as a student of life.

### 5/5 — Reflection and Centering

*2021-10-24, version 1.76.2*

This app has been such an amazing find after stumbling across Mark Groves on social media. I walk away from every discussion with at least one gem that I can take with me and reflect on. I have been working hard in therapy the last 2 years, trying to dig deep and do the work. I’ve found that this works amazing in tandem with that, offering an opportunity for meaningful topics of self reflection between appointments. The things I’ve picked up on this app have even helped me break through a few places my therapist and I had gotten stuck. Just having that different view or way of seeing something from some of the amazing people on here has helped put context around topics I couldn’t seem to break through. I am so grateful for those putting this out in the world, as I know it has an impact on me and so many others. Great find!!

### 5/5 — This app is a must have!!✨

*2021-09-13, version 1.76*

I’ve been using the Mine’d app since June of 2021 and I’ve learned so much about myself, my life and my relationships. I thank the co-founders everyday for creating this brilliant app and also offering all of this content for free. The speakers are top notch. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I’m obsessed.😍🍀

### 5/5 — Love it! My daily companion

*2021-09-13*

I love every content on this app. I use the interventions as my daily grounding, to live a life that is more present. Highly recommended.

### 5/5 — Absolutely brilliant❤️

*2021-08-02*

Highly recommend for anyone seeking personal growth. Absolutely fascinating insights into human behaviours.

### 5/5 — The most helpful and Amazing App you can possibly have!

*2021-06-18, version 1.74.2*

I’m positive Mark Groves is the biggest rock star I have come across in life! He moves me more than Robert Plant, JZ, Mick Jagger, and so many others!
Trust me music has always had the most influence in my life and still does!
However this Mine’d App is so life changing and is constantly making me grow and move through the pain of the past and the present. I mention Mark because he was the first to take me on the journey of self help and real change in my life.
All of the people I have listened to so far on Mine’d have impacted me so much! Once you start with one of these teachers you can’t stop. It’s addicting in the best possible way!
I’ve had therapy my whole life and am thankful and proud for sticking with my therapist’s.
However this kind of platform hasn’t always been available. On Mine’d you can learn, heal and grow on any subject you never thought you needed. It’s always available and I have some of my best date nights ever with these great people on Mine’d. It’s my Netflix and all the channels;)
Thankful to have all of these amazing teachers!❤️

### 5/5 — So needed in the world!

*2021-06-16*

This App is a life changer! Thank you so much for an incredible healing gift!
