You can check our updated prices before your ride on our app. Do you want to park the e-moped for a while, but keep it for a later use? Use the pausing mode. Do I need a driver's license? To book an e-moped, you do need a Class B, A, or AM license. To use e-bikes, you don't need a driver's license. Additionally, you can complete the registration without including your driver's license and add it later. Can I drive and park outside a service area? You can drive the felyx e-moped outside the light areas in the app's map. However, activating and ending the rental is only possible within those the areas. It is possible to use the pause mode outside the service area. The service area for a given city can be found on the map in the app. Make sure you park the e-moped properly: don't block the footpath for pedestrians, wheelchairs and prams. Once verified they send you promotional codes leading to bikes which are very old, damaged and dangerous. The customer service wait time is awful, most of the positive reviews are more than likely fake. I’m now using Check and they are fantastic. ### 1/5 — Very bad client service *2025-09-08, version 5.1.24* No reply. Impossible. Je n’ai appris à mes dépends : un pack est ci statue de minutes de location alors q’un pass est un décompte en temps réel dès l’achat 🤯 En bref vous prenez un pass 4h, il commence dès l’achat et s’arrête 4h plus tard, que vous rouliez où non… ARNAQUE !! L’appli ne donne pas la réelle autonomie des scooters : 57km affiché : 13% en réel une fois le scooter loué… ### 1/5 — . *2025-05-19, version 5.1.23* I was charged €10.40 by Felyx even though I had already paid that amount. I sent them photo proof to show that the payment had been made, but instead of resolving the issue, they are now threatening me with a debt collector! This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I tried to do the right thing by providing evidence, and now I’m being treated like a criminal. Avoid this company if you don’t want to deal with unjust charges and threats! ### 5/5 — Felyx *2025-04-11, version 5.1.21* Best scooter app in Amsterdam ### 1/5 — Liars *2025-04-04, version 5.1.21* They offer you a discount for new users and then they charge you a different amount, not even applying the initial discount they offer initially. Daarnaast word ik tijdens het registratieproces, voor zover het al werkt, gestoord door andere pop-ups van informatie die op dat moment helemaal niet relevant zijn.
