This was a very good experience. I very loved it. It is very good to try except I did not like the premium. I would really like to try those out, but I cannot spend my money on that, so I do not really like that part of the experience, but their rest was good. You should try this out.

It was good but also when you first click you think it’s all about butts but no it’s also about stuff like lose belly fat and your double chin and lose thighs fat now I wish when you go on your profile it shows you your journey now they have words some words say overweight that’s just not okay for over sized girls and boys who wanna be more slim

I could of gave this app a zero if I could. Ever exercise you might want needs PREMIUM. I used this same app like in 2021-2023 and the premium exercises were understandable. Now almost EVERY exercise needs premium. I don’t recommend if you are not ready to use your money for exercises when you can just go to YouTube.

Pedi para testar o período grátis e já passaram no meu cartão o valor anula, absurdo. Muito decepcionada pela falta de transparência, não recomendo nem para ninguém, péssimo.

L’application es très bien j’adore mais je trouve cela dommage que je ne puisse pas débloquer les choix prémium avec une pub alors que quelqu’un de ma famille peut le faire sans avoir le forfait prémium 

Sinon je n’ai rien à redire à par le fait que l’étirement matinal n’es pas un étirement mais plutôt une séance de sport très courte 

Les conseils sont très bien donnés et les exercices bien expliqués 
 
C’est une application que je recommande vivement pour toute personne voulant se détente, perdre du poids ou encore gagner en muscles.

Несмотря на то, что в этом приложении есть платные тренировки, есть и бесплатные! Бесплатные тренировки очень эффективные!) 
В приложении есть несколько режимов тренировок, можно выбрать любой который вам хочется (из бесплатных, из 3 или 4) 
Я уже 2 месяца занимаюсь, результат виду, мышцы очень хорошо работают! Это очень хорошо круто! 

Советую! Попробуйте! Не пожалейте! 🌸

comecei os treinos dia 01.01.26 e eu não tinha NADA DE GLÚTEOS hoje fazem 14 dias e se eu contar que eu consigo ver diferença!!! Gente, pra quem não tinha NADA está ENORMEEEEE. 
Escolhi o treino intenso, porque eu fazia academia, parei de treinar tem 2 anos por conta de duas gravidez, só consigo treinar em casa por enquanto, decidi baixar e com 14 dias de treino JURO POR DEUS que estou vendo diferença. ✨
