## What is femfit?

femfit will guide you to do the right thing to make your exercising worthwhile and build pelvic floor function. It presents a clinically validate exercise programme (with four exercise types) that is progressive in intensity to continue to build pelvic floor strength and function. With tips and advice along the way, you will learn how to exercise and how much to exercise (rest days are important too) to lead to a real improvement in pelvic floor health. For best results, a femfit device is used during exercise to provide bio-feedback on technique and performance, but you can get going with the App alone.  femfit is a medical device which is thin, flexible and comfortable to wear during your exercises. The femfit system (device and App) is based on 15+ years of academic research and is available in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Our company, JUNOFEM, does not play games with your pelvic floor, but we will support you, encourage you, celebrate your commitment and share the journey towards pelvic floor health.

My FEMFIT device arrived shorty after I ordered it and came in a discreet little box with easy to follow instructions.
Through the years I have tried kegel exercises but recently the media is warning us that we’ve been  doing them all wrong!!
I’m delighted that such a qualified team of experts has got it right and I can benefit from this device, see how the muscles are improving and prevent any leaks as I age! 
I’ll continue to use my FEMFIT after the 12 weeks programme and will recommend it to friends.

We've always been about improving pelvic floor muscle function. How good are you at relaxing your pelvic floor muscles? Now, with your femfit, and the new Downtraining programme, you can find out. Contracting your pelvic floor muscles gets them moving, after a contraction how far can they relax, probably more than your resting state before the contraction. Now femfit (in the Downtraining programme) shows negative pressures too. Usually downtraining is done with the support of your physiotherapist. With femfit, you get realtime feedback to guide you with functional training.
