A few areas could be more intuitive, but overall it’s been a decent experience. ### 3/5 — On the Right Track *2026-05-12, version 1.64.1* The app’s look and feel are nice and easy to use; however, it needs some upgrades. The symptoms are very limiting. There aren’t may choices and of those choices, only some are available depending on the day or what else you choose. For example, you can pick one kind of CM, but I know there have been days where my CM changed throughout the day. I wish there was a MUCH bigger selection of symptoms and no limits as to how many I can pick in each section. This app also doesn’t track BBT at all. That’s a HUGE part of TTC, so it feel very odd that there is nothing about it in the app. There are also a lot of bugs. The notes section doesn’t have autocorrect. When choosing a time for ovulation tests, you have to be very careful when scrolling or it will close it. I’d rather just type it at that point. This app has the potential to be the best on the market, but it just needs some upgrades. There’s no difference between this and those app. Don’t waste money. I had just had a baby and was juggling a lot, and didn’t happen to know the exact path I needed to take to successfully contact them, and they charged me for months after I had deleted the app and continued to reach out to their email address with no success. They’ve let me know they are unable to even partially refund me despite me never using their app due to their policies. But I would have had to read a novel and retained it all while postpartum to know how to contact them. It’s a hard pill to swallow, makes me trust helping apps for me and baby less. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-07-31, version 1.64.1* Paid an arm and leg for premium once I got pregnant in order to track it and get the AI bot to chat too about symptoms, feelings, etc. Chat AI bot no longer works, and customer service is ABYSMAL at fixing the problem when I have explained multiple times what the issue is. They’ll Willing to refund me but not fix the app?? Complete and utter scam and not worth your money. DO NOT PAY FOR PREMIUM. ### 1/5 — Fraudulent transactions *2026-06-27, version 1.64.1* This app has been deducting $66 every month and there is no way we can cancel subscription. Despite of contacting the customer service with this problem multiple times there has been no response and there is no way I can fix this problem. If anyone thinks of buying this app better think twice. This is the worse app where the cancellation policy is not straight forward. They are just ripping people. BEWARE *2026-03-15, version 1.64.1* I started using the free version and ended up being charged after the trial - the content is really poor but mostly, the customer service is absolutely shocking..,well there’s absolutely NO customer service. I first contacted them in March 2025 (we are 2026) and after one reply, radio silence. They ignored all my emails since. I was sick during my pregnancy and had other worries but reached out after my baby was born, and I am still being ignored. I am caring for my baby and busy with this new life but still manage to sent several emails to get my money back, and even a year later no answer!! This is absolutely disgusting, especially during a difficult time for some and women navigating through pre/post natal. I want my money back! Issues: 1- I was in “get pregnant” mode, had a miscarriage and it still was prompting me with “you baby is now able to do blablabla” even after I logged it. Insensitive questions that should have been removed kept popping up for weeks after. 2- I had a baby over the summer and have tried to switch back to tracking cycles and it won’t allow me to switch back to either of its other modes—both freeze after you complete a little “personalization” quiz and the only way to get back to the calendar is to quite out of the app and it doesn’t save your change in status. 3- the pregnancy tracking setting lacks any of the fertility tracking info you would want to log if you are going through IUI or IVF. Useless ### 1/5 — Terrible subscription *2025-11-03, version 1.64.1* Worst app to try and end subscription! There is no option to end and I am getting charged for this. Have had to cancel my visa to stop it ### 1/5 — Scam artists *2025-11-02, version 1.64.1* DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. These people are scam artists. You do a trial run and at no point whatsoever do they send you at notification or notice that you will begin to get charged. They also never send any sort of email or indication you will begin to get charged (and it doesn’t show up in your subscriptions in the Apple settings) so basically they scammed me out of $500 and then when I sent in a request for a refund because I literally never once used the app they just ghosted me and won’t respond.
