### 3/5 — Rating

*2026-07-12, version 3.8.12*

This app is nice and simple! No purchases, relatively good predictions and keeps up to date on cycles! Would recommend if you’re just beginning to understand how your body works every month and if you want to predict possible pregnancy:)

### 4/5 — Good app

*2026-05-27, version 3.8.8*

Would like If they added amount of mucus similar the option for bleeding & addition of logging pdg tests.

### 4/5 — Great App! Could be even better?

*2026-04-09, version 3.8.8*

I’ve found FEMM to be super helpful as a girl who never understood the signs our body gives to signal fertile/infertile windows or how to effectively track cycles. There are a lot of different kinds of data you can input, and even customize your own physical/emotional symptoms, so it’s easier not to get put into a kind of box like some other apps which are more bare-bones. I think the only two things that would make FEMM significantly better would be if you could indicate that you’re pregnant so that you don’t have to log data/can step away until you’re on a cycle again, and if the kind of tips the app gave were less “self reflective” and more practical: good foods to be eating, excercises to help with the various pains of cycles, etc.

### 3/5 — Nie w ciąży

*2026-02-08, version 3.8.8*

### 2/5 — No option to start a new cycle

*2025-12-30, version 3.8.8*

The app is great for the first cycle, but there’s no option to start a new cycle, which makes it pretty useless.

### 3/5 — Needs Improvement

*2025-12-07, version 3.8.7*

I would like to see a calendar view of my cycle, (my brain doesn’t process my cycle in a chart format. I see it in weeks), cycle predictions as well as a larger and darker font! I beg you on the font update especially for women of a certain age! It’s incredibly difficult to read the app text due to it’s small and light font even while wearing glasses. I do like the option to add symptoms so you can customize what you’re experiencing every month.

### 4/5 — Educational

*2025-11-06, version 3.8.7*

I do love how this app actually helps you to understand the different stages of your cycles as sadly, it’s not something we’re taught in school.
I do really wish there was a way to pause it once you’re pregnant though so the app would understand why you’re not putting in daily data. It was also challenging to start logging my cycles again after the baby cause it showed my last cycle was 300+ days long

### 2/5 — App hace crash

*2025-11-01, version 3.8.7*

Actualicé la app y no abre, hace crash en iOS 18.8.2 llevo unos meses sin poder registrar información y no lo han solucionado.

### 4/5 — BEST ONE YET

*2025-10-12, version 3.8.7*

My primary physician recommended this app to me and I love it! I have used Flo, Stardust, etc. Even kept track by hand but this is by far the most detailed, secure, and personalized tracking app I've tried thus far.

### 3/5 — Rating

*2025-09-23, version 3.8.7*

This app is simple and gets right to the point! It’s tracking is fairly accurate but sometimes it’s irregular. And there’s no in app purchases!!! :)

### 4/5 — Great app!

*2025-09-01, version 3.8.7*

I love that this app takes many things into consideration in tracking cycles. I have PCOS, so the insight is helpful! A couple things that I wish the app included: a way to have my husband connected to the same account and have the app on his phone. Since we practice NFP together, I would like to have him included as well. Also, I am currently postpartum and wish the app included a way to indicate that my cycles have not resumed yet.

### 5/5 — love it

*2025-06-07, version 3.8.6*

I really like this app but I wish it had a prediction element. other than that, I love the information it gives and helps me understand and label what I am feeling

### 2/5 — Confusing to navigate

*2025-03-22, version 3.8.6*

I’m never really sure if I’m using the app right. It’s not very user friendly to me

### 5/5 — Personalised symptoms

*2025-01-23, version 3.8.3*

I love this app, because you can add personalised symptoms to better understand your unique cycle.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — I’m 12!

*2026-07-28, version 3.8.12*

I downloaded the app to help me understand my body and it says nine and older but when I try signing up it says have to be 13+ but I’m 12 so

### 1/5 — App doesn’t open

*2025-06-24, version 3.8.6*

Do not download if you have iPhone. Once you update your phone you’ll no longer be able to open the app. Super bummed I’m not able to access any of my data

### 1/5 — Crashes with new IOS

*2025-04-23, version 3.8.6*

Updated my iPhone to the new IOS 18.4.1 and the app won’t load. Opens and crashes immediately. Disappointing as I previously enjoyed using the ap and found it helpful.

### 1/5 — Still getting charged

*2025-03-26, version 3.8.6*

Still getting charged even when I Cancelled don’t know want to do anymore

### 1/5 — App is too buggy

*2025-03-22, version 3.8.6*

This app is really nice, when it works! I loved the layout and the features. Unfortunately though the app will no longer start and it’s unclear when this issue will be fixed. I can forgive minor bugs, but the app not starting is too hard to forgive. Especially for time service activities like tracking your fertility.

### 1/5 — What is this garbage?

*2025-02-02, version 3.8.3*

The first thing I noticed was how glitchy it was. Then the information is inaccurate and weirdly stated. Friends told me this app was started by a sexist guy. It shows.

### 1/5 — App Won’t Open

*2025-01-20, version 3.8.3*

My app won’t open at all after the last iOS update

### 1/5 — App not working!

*2025-01-07, version 3.8.3*

After the last update, I can’t open the app anymore. It keeps freezing then going back to my phones Home Screen.

### 1/5 — What happened to my account?!???!

*2024-12-26, version 3.8.3*

I've been using this app for such a long time now. All of a sudden this new update caused my app to go to the login screen. Ok. No problem. Except that I can no longer log in! I try many times with the same result:"oops...please try again" message. Ok. I'll just hit the forgot password link. Same sad result. I fear that all my data (almost a year's worth) is now gone. This was a good app before. Not fancy - but I got very used to the setup and reading the chart.
I would recommend using another app seeing as these developers will simply toss your data with the next update!

To the developers: huge let down! fix this bug!!!

Update:
Since the app was now useless, I thought I'd try reinstalling it. When I did that the App Store (never the app) told me that the new iOS was required for this app to work. TO THE DEVELOPERS: What an *awful* user experience. You could have given your users fair warning - within the app - that this was going to happen. I (much like many others) never update os's right when they are released. I'll have to wait to back up and update before I can even think about using this app again.

UPDATE 2024: I was able to get the app to work again until the new iOS with intelligence came out. Ever since, this app stopped working again. I let the devs know and they just told me to update the app to the latest version. But I did that and it still crashes on opening. Please fix this is guys. It’s going on 2 months not working now. Awful.

### 1/5 — Great Concept, App Doesn’t Work Correctly

*2024-10-08, version 3.8.2*

It’s great to be able to track, but the app is touch and go. Sometimes you can track and others the selections won’t stick and I find myself keeping notes elsewhere. I learned on here then took my knowledge to a different app that works better.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Best app for knowing your body

*2026-08-04, version 3.8.12*

I took a class with my mom, friend and her mom, and it was, definitely a little weird, but I could understand. Learning about a women’s body takes time…there is so much there! I learned, laughed (because I’m a teen-everything is funny) and tried to make sense of how intricate the God who made my body was. I truly think every girl needs this app…because really, I don’t know who I was before. You have a decision: learn and know how it works; or just think of it as a normal thing that happens to women.

### 5/5 — fantastic

*2026-08-02, version 3.8.12*

doesn't have a tracking option which is fine for me because my periods are irregular and other apps glitch out on me and add periods that i didn't actually have, so i prefer it without the tracking. gives tips about what is best for your body depending on your cycle which it learns from your discharge quality. no adverts and gives an overview of your cycle when you begin the next one, allowing you to see if phases or flow are in or out of normal range which is very helpful. overall great app and i really recommend. 😃

### 5/5 — Muy bien

*2026-04-07, version 3.8.8*

Muy intuitiva y útil

### 5/5 — Lo mejor

*2026-02-14, version 3.8.8*

Mi hija tiene la regla y le ha venido genial

### 5/5 — EVERY TEEN GIRL NEEDS THIS!

*2026-01-28, version 3.8.8*

I am so thankful that an app like this has been designed. it’s unlike so many others I’ve tried. What’s different about this is that it tracks cervical fluid which is crucial to our cycle health/information regarding where we are at in our cycle. I wish this was taught to me before I turned 20. Every teen needs this! Seriously thank you engineers, and I look forward to seeing this app continually be updated. Please keep it free!! Thank you! And I hope to hear more ladies talk about this app, you bet I already have started!

### 5/5 — Download now!

*2025-10-29, version 3.8.7*

Easy to use, helpful facts and advice with every entry, could have a subtler app profile picture thingy(?). Has no prediction feature, but I like this because my periods are very irregular and so app predictions are usually wrong. Rather, it uses your observations to say what phase of your cycle you are in and how long it should be. Great app.

### 5/5 — Great Period Tracker

*2025-09-02, version 3.8.7*

This app gives advice about when to have intercourse, when to skip that activity, and just a ton of great information about my period. I recommend this app 10/10!

### 5/5 — GREAT APP

*2025-08-27, version 3.8.7*

Simple, easy to use, clean charts. This app helps you understand your cycle better. It also has all the tools to track your symptoms and I love that aligns with NFP. Love it!

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2025-08-16, version 3.8.7*

So many apps out there and as a woman with PCOS and trying to better understand her cycle to avoid pregnancy this has been amazing! And on top it’s free! This app coupled with some chat gpt to help me better understand things have helped me finally start to understand my cycle at 29 years old!

### 5/5 — Love it

*2025-06-19, version 3.8.6*

I love it
