App is not super user friendly. I think the suggestions and insights are better on other period tracking apps like lively. And it’s harder to log symptoms. But the ring works great. Great battery life. Very comfortable. Takes my temp and heart rate and O2 and sleep. It’s telling me “you’re not gaining enough weight” then giving me info about “maternal under nutrition” and its making me worry about something that I don’t need to be worrying about because my doctor says everything is great. It’a great. I love it. I’m not actually trying to conceive yet but I will be within the next year and have been tracking my cycle with this app fairly regularly for the past 5 years. However recently they started placing an ad for their new ring (think oura ring) on the app that they make you sit through for an unreasonably long time before you can open it and get to the app. I don’t want the ring. I didn’t want it when you offered it to us at 50% off and I certainly don’t want it now at 20% off. I’m really irritated that it’s being pushed on me so hard after I’ve spent $150 on this app over 5 years. This ad is getting in the way of me updating my data every morning. I’m able to track my periods easily and input all the data for that and my mood, flow, color, when I had sex, etc. But lately every time I open the app, there’s a little writing on the screen that reads, “Permission Denied” for no reason. I’m not sure what that’s about. I literally just open the app. Anyway, then there’s the issue of using points for certain things. There is not an option to use points for a membership trial. Apparently those are “sold out”; makes no sense, just have them available again, it’s a digital platform. And also, with exporting period data, it’s broken down weird. You can only download data weekly, not even monthly or yearly which I thought was weird. Being able to download a monthly or yearly data would be much more convenient if let’s say you wanted to go to the doctor or share with someone. It makes not sense to constantly have to download data for every week of the month. The app isn’t so convenient to use and I’m surprised people aren’t complaining about this more. ### 4/5 — Great Oura Alternative *2026-03-10, version 5.59.4* I switched to Femometer after having the Oura ring for a number of years. It comes in great colors and has the same features will seemingly better predictability. I tried multiple times reaching out to the app developer. When that didn’t work, I reached out to Apple, who also was no help. ### 1/5 — Sketchy behavior *2026-07-15, version 5.62.1* I’ve been using this app since like sophomore year of high school and I’m 23. After years of collecting points, I finally had enough for the free premium subscriptions and of course they are “sold out” and have been for months RIGHT after I got enough lol. Mind you they have never been sold out ever. This app is probably one of those period apps that take your data accounting to google. Clue or Flo is a safer option because of the European privacy laws according to google.
