Love – your femSense team 💕 ### 2/5 — Kind of confusing *2023-08-04, version 2.0.9* I can’t find where it tells you if you’re at peak or not after you scan the patch. It just goes away and tells you nothing. No instructions on the app they were easy to find on when to scan it and what to look for. I had to google it. ### 2/5 — Like the idea, but needs some work *2023-07-01, version 2.0.9* I really love this concept and idea that I can put something on that will monitor things for me and I just have to scan something. However there were several disappointing things. First, there is no graph or anything to tell you what exactly it is monitoring l, it just tells you if it has detected ovulation yet. Okay cool, but I want to know more details and this does not provide them. Second, I put the patch on and I was happy that I couldn’t feel it, and it didn’t bother me. I was able to forget that I had it on. However, I workout pretty consistently and it came off too early. Which was a bummer because it wasn’t exactly cheap. So I basically bought it and than it was a wast because it wasn’t able to do what it needed to do. And frankly I don’t really feel like buying another one for it to possibly fall off too soon again. ### 2/5 — Geld besser anders investiert *2023-03-07, version 2.0.6* Patch zu teuer und funktionieren nicht richtig. Am letzten Tag wo man das Pflaster trägt ist dann ganz plötzlich zum dritten Mal schon der Eisprung, was keinen Sinn macht, wenn man sich die Zykluslänge betrachtet. Ansonsten kann die App nicht wirklich viel also keine Empfehlung. ### 2/5 — Patch *2022-02-23, version 2.0.4* Also erst mal zum Patch. Er verursachte mir nach kurzer tragedauer ein unangenehmes Jucken. Dies ging soweit das ich ihn abnehmen musste. Allerdings war die Haut nicht an den Pflasterstellen gerötet und gereizt sondern an dem Mittelstück. Also der Technik! Auch hielt er dem schwimmen im Schwimmbad nicht stand und ist nach kurzer Dauer bereits abgefallen bzw hat sich gelöst. Dies natürlich noch während der eigentlichen tragedauer. Auch der Kundenservice war leider nicht sehr kundenorientiert. Schade. Von meiner Seite leider nicht zu empfehlen! ### 2/5 — Love the idea but.. *2021-10-14, version 2.0.1* I love the idea behind the patch but it’s honestly useless until they actual provide results of what was recorded using the patch. When you scan all it tells you is that it’s not ovulation day yet. It should at least tell you what your bbt is so we can know too or somehow graph the results the patch recorded in the app. The app gives no insightful information at all. It’s very plain and boring. It’s needs more, it needs to provide more information and actually show results of what’s being tracked with the patch. I was really hopeful this would be something useful but it’s more of a waste of money ### 1/5 — Naja.. *2021-08-03, version 2.0.1* Mir wurde FemSense bei Instagram angezeigt und ich war erstmal sehr begeistert von der Idee. Ich habe mir direkt die App heruntergeladen, um zu schauen, wie die so ist, bevor ich mir die (teuren) Pflaster zum Temperatur-Tracking besorge. Von der App bin ich jedoch sehr enttäuscht. Man kann nur wenig Symptome tracken und es wird einem auch keine Temperaturkurve angezeigt.. da frage ich mich, ob dieses Pflaster dann auch wirklich die Temperatur misst, oder ob es nur Geldmacherei ist. Ich hätte auch gern eine manuell gemessene Temperatur eingetragen oder die Sexuelle Aktivität getrackt (wie man es bei jeder Zyklusapp kann). Auch die Stärke der Schmerzen während der Periode angeben zu können, wäre sehr schön gewesen oder das Periodenprodukt, welches man verwendet.. alles in allem finde ich die App sehr enttäuschend und als ich die Bewertungen hier im App Store las, wurde mein Empfinden nur bestätigt. ### 1/5 — KEINE Kaufempfehlung *2021-06-16, version 1.8.4* Ausser eines Hautausschlages hat mir der Patch leider nichts gebracht. Es wurde kein Eisprung erkannt. Was ich besonders schlecht finde, ist das mir trotzdem empfohlen wurde einen Schwangerschaftstest zu machen?? Darüber hinaus lässt sich die Periode nicht ändern, gibt man einmal die Zykluslänge an, bleibt der Start der Periode und lässt sich nicht änder. Da sind andere Apps deutlich komfortabler. Für diesen hohen Preis nicht zu empfehlen. Schade ### 1/5 — Komplett falsch, leider. *2021-05-21, version 1.8.4* Habe dem Patch beim ersten Mal nicht getraut und deswegen noch mit Ovulationstests getestet. Mein Test war Montags perfekt, besser ging wirklich nicht!! Und das Patch hat erst 32 Stunden (!!) später meinen Eisprung angesagt, wo der Ovulationstest schon wieder hell war und fast komplett negativ. Und ich habe nach 1 Wochen immer noch den Druck vom Patch, was sehr weh tut. Auch während das Patch klebt, fängt es ab tag 2 an fürchterlich zu jucken! ### 1/5 — Teuer und Unbrauchbar! *2021-05-19, version 1.8.4* Das Zeitfenster zur Ermittlung des Eisprungs ist zu klein. Mein Eisprung hatte sich vom 14. auf den 16. Zyklustag verschoben und war deshalb schon nicht mehr messbar. Leider hat deshalb der in der App angegebene Zeitraum der fruchtbaren Tage auch nicht gestimmt. Ovulationstests und Thermometer sind eine günstigere und bessere Alternative um herauszufinden wann der Eisprung stattfindet. ### 1/5 — NICHT empfehlenswert! *2021-05-01, version 1.8.4* Meine Empfehlung: Die kostenlose Flo App. FemSense support kann die Daten aus der App einsehen - habe ich bestimmt mit den Nutzungsbedingungen akzeptiert, ist mir trockner viel zu privat. Patch hat trotz Befolgen aller Anweisungen nicht funktioniert. Riesen Diskussion mit dem Kundenservice und bisher keine Erstattung- obwohl ich sogar noch innerhalb der Widerrufsfrist von 14 Tagen reklamiert habe. Ich hoffe, ich bekomme mein Geld zurück und mein Account wird auch wirklich gelöscht. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Didn’t work *2024-03-19, version 2.1.0* The app is horrible, it gives little to no information The patch was even worse, I had it on for a week and it never detected ovulation. I had an LH rise and then ovulation was confirmed several days after through bbt but somehow the patch never picked it up. When I asked support they said I should have left it on because it probably would have detected it the next day, convenient, however that would have been over 48 hours after I actually ovulated and the egg would be long gone. I’m not really sure how anyone has had success with this, maybe I got a bad patch? But for $40 each I will NOT be trying it again. It also left a horrible rash and a blister. 0/10 recommend ### 1/5 — Patch application date not flexible *2024-03-14, version 2.1.0* I was extremely optimistic to start and brushed off the bad reviews because I am am willing to try anything at this point in TTC. I track my LH with OPK strips and input the data in the app. The app claimed my window was March 11-14. My LH surge occurred March 11. So it never detected my ovulation because it had me apply the patch too late. I had ovulation confirmed by ultrasound March 11. So had I followed the app advice, I would not have been testing in my window, which is really sad to think might be happening to other users. To put it into perspective I ovulated on CD-14, which is really normal. I hate that the app didn’t adjust the application date and I couldn’t apply sooner and start reading it despite my OPK data. The app is not good, it doesn’t show any data and doesn’t adjust to inputted data. The patch gave me a dermatitis rash that I’m having treated now, and it was extremely uncomfortable. Until this is fixed, I cannot recommend it to anyone and will let all my patients know that it is stress inducing, uncomfortable and inaccurate. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2024-03-06, version 2.0.11* This product is horrible. It has you put in your previous cycles and my first patch it had me apply it on my peak day and the patch didn’t even sense it. (I use other devices so I know I was at peak and ovulated the next day) not sure why it wouldn’t have me apply it sooner when I put the results of my opk in the app. Makes no sense. Waste of $40!! I’m so angry! Do not buy! ### 1/5 — poor design- *2023-10-22, version 2.0.11* no data analysis for the user who has paid quite a lot for this patch - no proper instructions- for me it didn’t even tell me whether ovulation occurred or not - just prompts me to do a pregnancy test in 11 days which is so ridiculous- doesn’t even prompt when you can remove the patch! Does not give you any info accept "didn't detect ovulation". Well duh! It had me apply the patch after I had already ovulated. Then told me to removed on 7th day. WASTE OF MONEY ### 1/5 — This doesn’t tell you anything? *2023-08-15, version 2.0.9* The app doesn’t tell you anything. It doesn’t give you any data, you can’t see your temp readings… nothing. It’s just “scan your patch” and then “femsense didn’t detect ovulation”… okay? But what days are you tracking? Why can’t I see if? How do I even know this thing is doing something? Doesn’t show the body temp. All it says is yes or no. The patch was itchy and uncomfortable. Bei jedem 2-3 öffnen erscheint wieder der “hallo” Screen und es müssen alle Daten neu eingegeben werden. An den Tagen an denen man sein Patch ausliest also durchaus auch mehrmals. Außerdem sind sie für Kritik offen. Bei „Problemchen“ wurde mir via Instagram schnell und freundlich weiter geholfen. Das Pflaster misst zuverlässig, und ist sehr durchdacht und praktisch. Hab eine bekannte Pflasterallergie und musste (nur deshalb) leider im 3. Zyklus abbrechen. Sonst trägt sich das Pflaster komfortabel. Werde die App (ohne Pflaster) weiter nutzen! I see a lot of negative but I think it’s different for everyone. I will say this the price in the patch is a little up there for sure especially since it’s only one patch, but for me it worked. I definitely think there could be a little more to this app for sure, like it be nice if we could see the temperatures and more data that it’s taking when we sync our phone to it to see if we ovulation. For me it wasn’t bad wearing it but it is a stick on so after a couple days it was a little uncomfortable but nothing crazy didn’t really notice it and I’d almost forget about it. Now I have pcos and used this unsure I was ovulating and just before my last day it told me I was and I couldn’t of been more happier to have that confirmed ovulation. It would be nice if it should like times an all that along with the other things I mentioned before. So if your getting it just know it doesn’t show you really anything you have to fill out the information like any other app witch to me not a problem. An wear it the full time it will tell you to take it off once you have confirmation of ovulation. I know there’s a bunch of bad reviews for me it wasn’t bad tho everyone will be different though. Fand sie sehr übersichtlich und mit dem Tracken hat alles wunderbar geklappt, so dass man einen guten Überblick über alles hat. Seid den neuen Update allerdings bin ich etwas enttäuscht von der App. Wenn ich für den Tag bestimmte Dinge eintrage, werden mir diese nicht mehr als Notiz angezeigt, so dass man keinen Überblick mehr hat, über das, was an dem Tag mal war. Bitte wieder ändern. ### 3/5 — Ok, not great *2024-03-03, version 2.0.11* I thought that you would get a readout of your temperature measured by the patch but it doesn’t. I wish I could actually see in a graph what the patch measured. There is also no way to add your BBT measured throughout your cycle, you can add a bunch of other symptoms to improve your predictions like OPK and physical symptoms but nothing for BBT. I have used it for one cycle and will try again next cycle. The patch did say it detected my ovulation but I forgot to scan my patch until I was drinking coffee so I am not 100% sure it it just registered my higher temp from my warm drink or I did in fact have a higher BBT.
