I’m standing by the router with my toothbrush in my hand and he’s not able to connect to the network and he keeps telling me to retry I’ve done it 100 times, this thing is useless. Onboarding the user to the product choppy and overall not as pleasant experience. But the kicker of it all is my $300 toothbrush lasted all of 5 brushes and is NOT waterproof. Support doesn’t really help me just keep kind of running me around.
