Going to delete the app now. ### 2/5 — Prices are great, customer service not so much *2024-05-06, version 5.4* I ordered something on a Friday that I paid express shipping for. The next Wednesday, my order still said “Order Received” when that’s probably when I should have received it. I emailed customer service and they said they were on holiday. What holiday was it and why wasn’t my order automatically just submitted? I asked and Kenny S was very passive aggressive and just offered me half a refund. Then I got half a refund and not only do I still not have my order, they did not ship it express and they changed my shipping method after the refund. But the app is totally not user friendly. You cannot add promo code to your order. After you’ve ordered you cannot view your order on the app. There’s items that say get this amount and receive this discount but it doesn’t allow you to even add that many items to the cart.
