Adding a new group to an existing project? Nope, broken. Move a product from one project group to another? Nope, also broken. Maybe use feature flags to hide functionality that doesn’t work on mobile? They said they can try only to “request” an update. Didn’t work. I have to wait 2 weeks for it to come and then set up a return. It takes 20 minutes to reach someone on the phone. No error or whatever. Terrible ### 1/5 — One star for lying *2023-09-11, version 3.21.0* Build.com app pretends that it accepts Apple Pay. However, every time you use Apple Pay to make a purchase you’ll get an email that states that your payment didn’t go through. You will then be forced to call Build.com customer service and give them your credit card number. The customer service rep will inevitably blame Apple Pay for not giving them the credit card number. Of course, Apple Pay will not give them the credit card number the credit card number is encrypted. Build.com needs to either set up their system to accept Apple Pay or stop pretending that they except Apple Pay. They’re misleading consumers leading them to believe that they accept Apple Pay. Worse, is that they blame Apple for their own failure to properly design their app to accept Apple Pay. ### 1/5 — DOA *2023-07-28, version 3.21.0* I downloaded the app on my iPhone and iPad. When I open it, it freezes on the landing page. Delete/redownload doesn’t help.
