I can never keep items in the cart as it will completely erase everything after the second or third addition; and signs me out after a few minutes while i’m still active on the page. completely dysfunctional ### 1/5 — Crashing/Bugs *2026-02-09* Been using this app for some time now , and in the last 1-3 months it’s a problem to use now . All I want to do is my job place my orders and be done . But u have to fight with this app opening and closing, uninstalling, etc. just for it to do its dedicated function. And that is a MAYBE . There is no reason for this “app” to exist. A bookmark that opens a tab in my browser does the same thing. Wake up! Today I saw it has an update, so I updated it. Now it doesn’t open. If they think people in the trades can’t or won’t appreciate a good app they are dead wrong! ### 1/5 — Horrible app but good company *2021-07-13* I love this company and they’re employees are trained well but they need to be dragged into the 21st century. Their tech is outdated and inefficient! They are not investing the money they should into better apps and easier online ordering. Trying to search for products on their app or website is like pulling teeth. A lot of their customer base are big companies run by older people who aren’t utilizing or requesting these time and money saving tools. If the office is reading this you better start making changes now because once your older customer base retires and the younger base starts buying, they will go other places if you don’t have the tech. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — App is great minus biometrics *2024-02-16* The app is great! I love how easy it to see my custom list and order history directly from the home page. The barcode scanner is very helpful too, especially when scanning manufacturers barcodes. Only issue is the biometrics when logging in. Out of 10 log ins, it only works maybe 2/10 times. Only downside is that it doesn’t show any of the Ferguson HVAC locations and I’m in commercial HVAC and it would be awesome if they added those store to the list of locations while checking stock.
