## What is Ferienwohnung?

Ferienwohnung keeps the usage record of your holiday home in Germany: how the property was used during the tax year, with the evidence alongside and a report for your tax adviser.

If you let a holiday home and also use it yourself, the German tax form Anlage V-FeWo asks how it was used. Ferienwohnung records this as you go, while it is fresh, instead of piecing the year together at the end from booking platforms, invoices and memory.

• Usage calendar: every day of the year at a glance
• Receipts and photos kept where they belong
• See what is still open before the handover
• Annual report for your tax adviser
• Several holiday homes, in German and English, for iPhone and iPad

PRICING
Recording is free. The annual report and exports are unlocked with a one-off purchase per tax year, from tax year 2026 on. No subscription. Your data stays with or without a purchase.

YOUR DATA
No account, no ads, no tracking. Your data stays on your device, with an optional backup to your own iCloud.

PLEASE NOTE
Ferienwohnung documents use. It does not prepare a tax return, sends nothing to the tax office and does not replace tax advice.
