Now it appears you can’t do ANYTHING on the app without paying for a membership. I submitted 2 requests via their website over the course of a week asking for someone to contract me about a refund and never received a response. I accepted the charges and though I’d just use to app for year but I don’t have access to the app. It says I am not a member so I don’t have access to 75% even though I have paid. I submitted a further 2 requests via their website over the course of a month and still no response. So I’ve paid for an app I can’t use and no one is responding/ providing support. Very disappointing. ### 1/5 — Signed up and charged twice *2023-08-16, version 4.10.4* I signed up for a year subscription and was charged by Apple and by Ferly (Leika Ltd). I’ve emailed for a refund and Ferly said to request one from Apple even though there was a second transaction from Ferly. Refund requested via Apple but that cancelled the subscription and now Ferly aren’t responding via email. Huge amount of money I can’t afford right before xmas. Even when you click to leave a program, the only one visible is the one you initially opted into in the free trial. I did the partnered play one with my partner last week and it’s the closest we’ve felt for a while and definitely encouraged a healthy conversation after. Only criticism is that there is only one partner practice in the app - I have paid for the plan but really hope they introduce more soon as it will get a bit repetitive doing this one only. ### 3/5 — Wish it was more accessible *2022-07-26, version 4.6.11* I love the idea of this app, but would love it even more if it was more accessible. Every “lesson” is kind of like a podcast. It would be nice to have a written version of these lessons so they could be done on the bus, at lunch, etc rather than having to listen! Or even videos with captions. I tried contacting chat support but they won’t reply either. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-03-21, version 4.10.7* DO NOT USE THIS APP or else expect being scammed! I cancelled before the trial ends and yet they they charge me £60. When emailed them they said “they are a busy team”(and I should go through a long process (the reply seems to be automatic; each time same answer). I did that and kept hitting the wall!!!! Again and again! Effectively they have kept my money for almost a year and I am not sure if I can ever get back my money! ### 1/5 — Subscription is a scam. Don’t sign up for the free trial. *2025-03-24, version 4.10.6* I signed up for the 7 day free subscription and the app wasn’t working. It still doesn’t show on my Apple account and Ferly isn’t responding to emails. I think they make it impossible for you to cancel a subscription to try and scam money out of you. Edit: I did contact them as requested in the reply to this review. No reply received and no attempt to resolve the issue. ### 1/5 — Do not buy! Steals money! *2025-03-04, version 4.10.6* Bought app in 2022 and cancelled before next payment. Was charged in 2023. Write many emails and never got response. Had to get money back from lengthy process with bank. Then have been charged again in 2024 and have been trying to get money back since August 2024. Have sent many emails to owner, Billie Quinlan, who wrote back once to say it wouldn’t happen again but still won’t write back to offer refund. The buttons are below the visible area of my screen, and I can’t scroll down. I’m tech savvy, so it’s not me. This app has really fundamental design problems. I have a relatively new iPhone, and it’s ridiculous that I can’t navigate. Went in for the year-long membership with no hesitation, the price is an absolute steal compared to how much therapy would cost and the privacy and convenience is even better. My only critique is that the language is primarily directed to cis women, the app/exercises are inclusive of lesbians (love to see it!) but could use tweaking to make it non-binary inclusive as well. ### 5/5 — This app changes everything *2021-07-14, version 4.3.2* So I’ve never wrote a review for an app ever before but I had to bring myself here to ensure I did!
