Para empezar tengo que añadir que sigo sin entender por qué Fermax no es capaz de tener una sola aplicación que sea capaz de gestionar sus diferentes equipos. Y ya para remate que el MeetMe no es nada intuitivo y requiere de mucha pero que mucha soltura para poder configurarlo, llegan con una nueva aplicación que es un fracaso total, la antigua app por lo menos funcionaba pero la nueva desde que la he instalado no he conseguido ver todavía ninguna imagen, directamente se activa y se corta la llamada. Ni con la última actualización que prometían corregir los errores!!!, además de ser lentísima. La interfaz es menos intuitiva, las notificaciones tardan más en llegar y han eliminado funciones útiles como el historial de visitas detallado. Sinceramente, esperaba mejoras, pero esta versión parece un retroceso. ### 1/5 — Soporte técnico pésimo *2024-12-05* Nueva actualización con nuevos problemas sin solución por su equipo técnico de ayuda. Dos días sin poder abrir la puerta de la entrada y ahora he de pagarme a un técnico para que venga a solucionar un problema que ellos me han generado. Nos imponen una aplicación nueva que no hemos pedido ya que la anterior funcionaba perfectamente y no solucionan los inconvenientes para que funcione mínimamente. Con la app anterior era casi inmediata y ahora tarda cerca de 20 segundos en aparecer el vídeo y poder hablar con quien llama. Tal y como está ahora, no se puede usar. Fermax support took 4 days to reply when asked for help and then told me to contact Apple. This is the only system for me to answer the doorbell on my apartment building so it’s a pain. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-11-23* This app simply doesn’t work. It is so frustrating. We look forward to hearing from you. Regards. ### 1/5 — Really unreliable *2025-07-19, version 2.2.1* App randomly will stop working; making me unable to answer calls or open doors. Since an update, I’m now able to answer calls, but still lack the ability to unlock myself. It’s very annoying. The customer support is useless - haven’t had a reply but I see they found the time to add me to a mailing list I didn’t sign up for. ### 1/5 — Worst Possible Intercom & App *2025-07-17, version 2.2.1* I would've given it 0 star if I could! We installed Fermax at our residential building about 9 months ago, since then we have had a lot of issues with the intercom as well as the app. The app is simply awful the way it's been designed with poor user interface, double sign up process and slow responsiveness. Besides this, their after sales support is also very useless, seems like bunch of people stuck with 1990s technology. Definitely recommend staying away from Fermax and their app, it's one of those old school companies which has been around for too long and they will be disrupted real soon with the way they operate. ### 1/5 — Works TERRIBLE *2025-05-15* This has been one of the most unreliable and frustrating services I’ve encountered. The app consistently fails to function, and the actual intercom system installed in the building is poorly designed. In most cases—about 7 out of 10—I end up having to go downstairs to open the door manually when a guest rings our apartment. The app doesn’t even let me call the door; it immediately returns an error message. Overall, the experience has been extremely disappointing. However I can’t update my app so can no longer open gate from my phone for couriers to leave parcels etc when I’m not in. We have a user name and password written on our console at home but the App Store doesn’t recognise it, nor any of our email addresses even though subscriptions are up to date.
