## What is FermentApp?

Hands-on crash course for homemade Ferments & Pickles.

FermentApp is the ultimate app to learn fermentation and pickling techniques from scratch and at your own pace:

- 10 lessons with all the theory on veggie lactofermentation fundamentals, beautifully illustrated. You can also listen to the lessons while doing other stuff as they're also available in audio format. More than two hours of fun and rigorous content.

- 16 guided recipes, step by step, with alerts and notifications that will guide you through the whole process. Recipes are in order of difficulty, so we'll start with easy recipes and we'll end up making our own kimchi, our graduation recipe. All the recipes are vegan or have a vegan option. And with more recipes coming soon!

All the content is available in English and Spanish.

Facil de usar, intuitiva; con pasos y detalles bien definidos.
Lo mejor, puedes imprimir etiquetas para pegar en los tarros que hagas! Detallazo!

Las indicaciones de las recetas son fáciles de seguir (mi nivel de cocina es menos que básico) y los temporizadores son geniales para despistados. Los videos son útiles para hacerse una idea de cómo se tiene que ver lo que estás fermentando. 
Las lecciones son interesantes. Ilustraciones muy chulas.

Recetas variadas y con paso a paso muy claro para lograr resultados deliciosos!!

Las lecciones están muy bien, conceptos muy claros y concisos. Además me ha gustado mucho la posibilidad de escucharlas.

Llevo un par de recetas hechas con bastante éxito, se agradece que todo el proceso esté guiado con fotos y vídeos. Ah, y muy útil el sistema de temporizadores y alertas para llevar control de las recetas.
