Version 1.2 had serious stability issues. Fermentor has since been completely rebuilt from the ground up and is available again this week: stable, fully functional, and with new features like guides and AI-assisted recipe generation. Only features I wish it had was an ability to "complete" a project - this would let me know which ferments I have ready for consumption and when they were made. Currently the only way is to delete the project altogether and then I don't have it anymore, or leave it running. Also would love to see a "days in progress" timer so I don't have to count back to the date I started on. Easy access to dates, recipe notes, and more. Makes it easy to keep track of everything, which is great because I always have multiple projects going. My only complaint is that Delete is the only option when something completes, and I hate the idea of losing the notes I've taken.
