Nachdem wir letztes Jahr beim Neukauf der Gartenlampen feststellen mussten, dass die App in D nicht zugelassen ist: hier nun die erfreuliche Nachricht. Funktioniert im Schwarzwald 2026 vorbildlich. Endlich!!!

The lamp works fine with the app.
It was hard to connect but after I discovered I could reset the lamp and I was able to find it on my phone.
The app offers great options from on/off to changing the lamp from warm to cold ambient.
I can’t wait to try the timer set up on the app too.

These lamps are extremely expensive and entirely reliant on an App that doesn’t work. I basically need tech support every time I need to switch the stupid thing on/off. It’s appalling to be honest.

Die Verbindung zu unserer Girlande kommt nur sporadisch zu Stande. Das Ganze kommt einem wie ein Prototyp vor - leider ein recht teurer. Es fehlen auch wesentliche Funktionen (Auto aus und an zum Beispiel, auch wenn man nicht mit Bluetooth verbunden ist). Sehr schade, denn wenn sie mal leuchtet, ist die Girlande sehr schön. So aber nur teurer Elektroschrott.

For a quality brand like Fermin and the price charged for the lights, they could make sure the tech works. 
Impossible to connect or update, almost never works and when the app is rebooted, cannot find the lamps anymore. 
Shameful for such a brand and definitely not delivering on the claims and promises

It hardly ever works. Was problematic when it did. Never allowed the lights to update software properly and now the lights can’t be controlled by the app at all. 
For lights that are so very expensive that say they can be controlled by an app (dimming on a dimmable light would be nice!) I’m hugely disappointed. I’d expect more from a design
‘ Fermob, the French outdoor furniture manufacturer, creates innovative, clever, practical and fun outdoor furniture, filling your world with colour.’ - Apart from their tech which is terrible.
