Unable to see app in Local Network despite 2 hours of trouble shooting with CHAT GPT - No update to fix the issue

Turn off & on the base machine NVR almost every month for this app doesn’t work. Now turn off & on doesn’t work too. App doesn’t work with the NVR properly and useless.
Updated this app two years ago. Seriously they don’t care about this app but just keep selling products.

Outstanding support case unresolved after 4 months. Support totally unresponsive.
