Cuando decidimos empezar a cambiar nuestro cuerpo, en todos los aspectos Espiritual , fisico,etc … Dios nos junta las herramientas perfectas ; Utilizo los algoritsmos para que me apareciera FERNANDO GAVIRIA en mi Cel y ahora con Dios de la mano y con el conocimiento de mi ahora entrenador , no hay quien me pare 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼vamos a propiciar nuestro cambio ….gracias FGA

I am 76 years old and I am beginning my second year training with Fernando. I have gained muscle mass and strength. I am very active: I am an avid scuba diver and hiker. No one ever believes that I am 76 years old. Fernando’s staff is very responsive…Great customer service.

So glad I found Fernando on YouTube and I joined his Workout training this app is easy to use and is helpful to keep me on the go thru my workouts I have 4 weeks and I’m down 5 lbs and one size so happy with his workout plan and his tips are on point I’m in bed by 9pm and at the gym by 4:15am
