## What is Fernday?

Fernday counts the days you have gone without. Pick what you are quitting, set the day you stopped, and check in once a day.

Meet Moss, a calm tortoise who keeps you company. As your days add up, plants grow on Moss's shell, from a small fern to a tree with a bird's nest. A slip never shames you: Moss is still here.

WHAT YOU GET
- Day counter for alcohol, cigarettes, vaping, cannabis or anything else
- One tap check-in, with an optional mood, craving level and note
- Journal calendar that shows your hard days at a glance
- Milestones from 1 day to 5 years
- Money saved, in your own currency
- Daily reminder that never names what you are quitting, so it is safe on a lock screen
- Optional Face ID lock

A SLIP DOES NOT ERASE YOUR PROGRESS
Total days free and your longest streak stay. Only today's count starts again.

HELP WHEN AN URGE HITS
Open Need help now for a slow breathing timer that helps an urge pass. Fernday lists official helplines for the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, Germany and France, and opens findahelpline.com, a worldwide directory, for every other country.

FREE AND FAIR
Fernday is free to use with up to 2 counters. Fernday Plus is one payment, never a subscription: unlimited counters, craving patterns and CSV export.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No ads. No tracking. Your counters, check-ins and notes stay on your iPhone and are never sent anywhere. You can delete everything in Settings at any time.

IMPORTANT
Fernday is a day counter and journal. It is not a medical service and does not give medical advice. If your body may depend on alcohol, stopping suddenly can be dangerous, so talk to a doctor first. If you are in danger, call your local emergency number.
