The app is clunky and frustrating… and it shouldn’t be in today’s world. Their food offerings are great and they clearly have a winning formula as they are constantly expanding their business. However, the Feros App is woeful. It is a shame that the IT team do not appear to be able to resolve the constant issues which make using the App frustrating and a waste of time. Unfortunately, the app will show vouchers and discounts and suddenly they disappear. Leaving you having to ask management to sort it out whilst ordering. Fresh faces and friendly staff make it so more enjoyable. I am not embarrassed taking my wife for a meal there now as the bistro has been refurbished and professionally run. So I can’t blimmen use the app. Lame. Horrible customer experience ### 1/5 — Always having problems loading deals *2026-04-15, version 7.7.5* Sorry to report. You can’t order through the app and the website doesn’t for you member rates.
