Social Feed: Share your workouts with friends, post photos, like and comment on each other's sessions. Add friends by username and challenge them head-to-head with live progress tracking.

Smarter workout tracking: Every exercise now tracks exactly how it should. Treadmill runs log distance, time and pace. Rowing Machine tracks meters and split per 500m. Stairmaster, Bike and Elliptical track duration, level and calories. Planks track hold time per set. Stretches and mobility track duration. Strength tracks weight, reps and sets with per-set logging.

Home screen widget: See today's workout at a glance and resume an active session without opening the app. Switches between dark and light mode automatically.

Light mode: Full light mode — same design, just brighter. Switch anytime in Settings → Appearance.

Resume workouts: Start a workout, close the app, come back exactly where you left off. A Spotify-style mini player sits at the bottom of the home screen.

Bug fixes and polish: Phase card colours, onboarding logo, button styling, rest day cards, cardio tracking and dozens of small improvements throughout.
