Would give this absolute dumpster fire of a company a 0/5 if I could.  Made 14 calls in a row to report fraud and literally could not get a single competent service agent on the line.  Most sat in silence or just disconnected the call.

Horrible constant transfer errors making it impossible to get your money when you need it and pointless to have the app itself. Daily pay is far superior to this trash company and I and every single person I work with misses it dearly

Worst banking experience I’ve ever had, we use this for tip out at work and I have had SOO many issues in the last year, from them never remembering my transfer info for my bank, rejecting address changes after moving, basically bricking my account and making my money unusable… they also provided zero help with fraud prevention. 0 stars if I could. Horrible.

I don’t like that I can’t deposit money onto the card and I can’t do direct deposit without asking my employer to help do so if it’s not my employer depositing the money. Which I’m not even sure if it will work even then or if I can. It also doesn’t work for reoccurring payments for bills all the time either.

This is a restriction from federal regulations, and we are not able to change this functionality.
