## What is Fertilité Gynositol?

La 1ère ligne de traitement médicamenteux dans l’induction simple de l’ovulation est représentée par le citrate de clomifène (1). Dans tous les cas, une approche individualisée et adaptée à la patiente, et au couple, demeure indispensable pour une prise en charge sûre et efficace.

En intégrant deux modèles prédictifs, l’équipe du Pr B. Fauser de Rotterdam a réalisé un nomogramme qui peut constituer une aide à la décision pour optimiser le traitement de 1ère intention des femmes anovulatoires normogonadotropes (2,3). Pour en simplifier l’usage, en voici l'application numérique !

Les résultats calculés par cette application sont présentés à titre indicatif, et reposent sur des probabilités avec une marge d'erreur. Ils ne sauraient se substituer à un avis médical. Par ailleurs, cette application ne peut en aucun cas être utilisée comme méthode contraceptive.
