After the recent update, it’s been more frustrating than helpful. Settings can’t be customized, the charts are hard to access and zoom, check boxes have become floating bubbles… it’s overly complicated and makes cycle tracking harder. Again, I’ve used this app for years without issue, now it’s just another BS cycle app that looks pretty, but that’s about it. ### 4/5 — Hate the update *2026-02-18, version 14.22* I’ve been using this app for over 4 years. I have server connectivity issues constantly and my data either doesn’t save at all or saves under the wrong date. I never had any issues until the appearance change. I liked when navigating out of the data entry menu saved what had been input - now I have to click the save button multiple times. Please fix the app back because it was perfect before. ### 5/5 — Almost 22 year of use! *2026-01-29, version 14.17* I started using FF back in July 2004! From trying to conceive my two children to trying to navigate perimenopause, I have used this tracker pretty much consistently! It is incredibly useful and I value being able to look back on the historical data and have analysis on the current patterns. ### 5/5 — New Look, Same Amazing App *2026-01-25, version 14.12* A friend turned me on to FF and told me it was all about the BBT (which was great because back in 2021 that’s all I was tracking). Through the years I had hoped for an update and by golly was it worth the wait. Some of the tracker graphics are still from 1990, but the new choice to show where you are in your cycle is great! I am definitely loving the new look and how all the entered information is right there on the Home Screen so you don’t have to go searching to see if you entered something! Would recommend 10/10 ### 2/5 — Update made this app worse *2026-01-07, version 14.09* I have used this app as VIP for over 10 years. The new update is not user friendly and I find myself not even wanting to open it to record my info. And the Lightbox feature update is practically unusable without being able to zoom and adjust the way you could before. Currently looking for another app and will not be renewing my VIP membership. I’ve tried some other apps too over the years but I feel this is the best fertility charting app. I will say I don’t like the new look of the app interface . They changed the icons and colors and everything in general. I make notes and now it’s difficult for me to see the dot on the calendar. I hate the new look. I liked the square calendar. I liked the rich colors. I absolutely prefer the way I could track my symptoms. Why not have options for us to choose how we want it to look. You didn’t even give us a notice. The design and functionality were perfectly fine. Suddenly it says I have to update and all of my data is inaccessible. There was no update in my app updates list and when I go to the app in the app store it only shows the option to open the app. I have an old iOS, but every other app shows me the option to update, then tells me it can't if they require a newer iOS. So I'm so lost as to how to proceed from here. Newer iOS have ruined a lot of basic functionality, so I'm sooner to go without than to update my whole iOS for an app. Maybe they are wanting to lose users... who knows. The web version will not keep me logged in and the help response from the company said that is an issue on my end when plenty of other websites I use on my phone browser keep me logged in just fine. **Developer response:** I am sorry for the frustration. It was great. Then they redesigned the app and booted me out and I lost every bit of my data. All of it. Then when I tried to log in their “forgot password” link never works. And emailing them got me zero response. Now I’m trying to create a new account with a different email and it won’t let me. HORRIBLE UX, worse support. Why would you all do this to your long term users? Ridiculous UPDATE: purchased a 1 year membership for $10 on a “deal” and it charged me $25. Will NEVER give this app any of my money again. It’s too depressing! Who wants to feel like you’re “losing” this game. And the thing is, all the times I’ve been pregnant, I’ve had bloating! So it’s not even accurate for me. ### 1/5 — Not free *2026-04-29, version 14.37* I downloaded this app because I already have a an app that tracks my cycle and it recommended to download this app to track fertility. The app I used to track my cycle is free and I’ve been using it for years. I guess you have to to pay in order to use the fertility feature otherwise it’s another app that tracks your cycle. It’s not user friendly, entering the specifics and medication is harder now cause the way symptoms and medication isn’t lined up. So many custom settings for free users. I have my 2 babies and now I am using the fertility awareness method, so I feel like myself and am confident in what’s going on with my body at all times.
