I tried deleting and reinstalling and still not working. So much less overwhelming than having to read a bunch of blogs to get what I was looking for. ### 2/5 — Upset I can't use it. *2019-11-27* This app is unusable to me. I can't use it because I've never been pregnant. The health profile makes you select an option, and because I've never been pregnant, I can't select an option, so I can't finish my profile, so I can't use the app. I've contacted Med Answers and while they were nice and helpful, all they could say was "We'll forward your feedback" I paid for tests for my husband and I - we got feedback that made no sense to us and when I had a phone call with an employee, he just talked at me for about an hour trying to "sell" me on why the product is great. I'm not saying what Med Answers does its bad - they do great things! This product and experience just wasn't what I thought it was, and in the end I can't use the app and I feel I wasted my time and money on this product. Med Answers has reached out to me since I originally wrote this review and we've come to an understanding after much frustration. They fight for what they believe in, and I can respect that. **Developer response:** We made a big change to our app as soon as we heard from you so that doesn't happen to others. Our app is free for everyone to use. The genetic product is managed separately and hopefully the new digital delivery of the report makes it a lot easier to understand. I asked over 2 months ago and never got an answer to my question. It’s all focused on people with PCOS. And the app jumps around a lot. **Developer response:** Hi there!
