I tried deleting and reinstalling and still not working. Please fix it as it was a good app to get answers from actual fertility doctors. **Developer response:** Hi there, we apologize for the issues you were experiencing. We've released a number of updates to fix this. You should no longer experience any app crashes, but please let us know if there's any other problems. ### 1/5 — Never answered *2019-09-20* So it looks like unless you pay for the app, they will never answer your question. I asked over 2 months ago and never got an answer to my question. It’s all focused on people with PCOS. And the app jumps around a lot. **Developer response:** Hi there! The majority of our questions are answered within 24 hours, but we do offer the paid option to expedite your answer if you'd like it sooner. We have a wide variety of experts to answer questions. You can type in any topic/word in the search bar to easily find previously answered questions related to what you're looking for. Hope this is helpful! ### 2/5 — Upset I can't use it. *2019-11-27* This app is unusable to me. I can't use it because I've never been pregnant. The health profile makes you select an option, and because I've never been pregnant, I can't select an option, so I can't finish my profile, so I can't use the app. I've contacted Med Answers and while they were nice and helpful, all they could say was "We'll forward your feedback" I paid for tests for my husband and I - we got feedback that made no sense to us and when I had a phone call with an employee, he just talked at me for about an hour trying to "sell" me on why the product is great. I'm not saying what Med Answers does its bad - they do great things! This product and experience just wasn't what I thought it was, and in the end I can't use the app and I feel I wasted my time and money on this product. Med Answers has reached out to me since I originally wrote this review and we've come to an understanding after much frustration. They fight for what they believe in, and I can respect that. **Developer response:** We made a big change to our app as soon as we heard from you so that doesn't happen to others. Our app is free for everyone to use. The genetic product is managed separately and hopefully the new digital delivery of the report makes it a lot easier to understand. We're very grateful you took the time to give us feedback so we could improve the user experience for others in your same shoes. ### 3/5 — Pretty good but glitchy *2019-05-28* My answers don’t show up as being answered, despite them having been answered for over a week. And when loading other answers from people the app glitches and starts to sort through them rapidly.
