I have been using the website version for  months for my subscribers during my lives and out of no where it stopped working. There’s no way to reach out to see how to get it fixed. Whatever update happened, please put it back, I beg. 

The app is further difficult and has one too many bugs

We think you are confused with another joint queue tool. We do not have a website version of the app. Festify for Spotify is recently developed and released by Veryappy.
