It's ok for people who want to keep track of their tools and batteries and warranty an item, just not so much for research and browsing. ### 2/5 — Could not register *2026-04-21, version 3.12.1* Difficult to register products also no descriptions of products in the accessory section ### 3/5 — Amazing products! Customer service diabolical. *2025-11-28, version 3.10.1* I bought a sander during the £100 money back offer period. I filled in all the forms online and heard nothing. I then contacted customer support a couple of times before getting a reply. Eventually someone replied and they were absolutely useless and basically said it was just bad luck and they refused to honour their offer. I sent through copies of receipts and purchase details and was basically ignored. They don’t like to be contacted by phone as I offered my number for them to contact me on, yet they didn’t reply. In the end I’ve cut my loses and left it. Which is exactly what they want. I rarely give bad reviews but feel this is justified. Laufzeit / Gerätestsatus auslesen zu können. Leider kann ich das Gerät in der App nur registrieren aber nicht verbinden da man den Renofix nicht auswählen kann. Es wäre sehr wünschenswert auch diese Maschine verbinden zu können, da wir so ganz leicht die Arbeitszeit protokollieren können. Besteht die Möglichkeit das Gerät auch in die Liste der verbindbaren Maschinen aufzunehmen?
