## What is Fetal Growth Trajectory?

Fetal Growth Tracker is a clinical tool designed for maternal-fetal medicine specialists, obstetricians, and sonographers to track serial fetal growth measurements across pregnancy.

OCR Report Scanning -
Point your camera at any ultrasound report and Fetal Growth Tracker automatically extracts biometric measurements — BPD, HC, AC, FL, and EFW — directly into the entry form. Works with a wide range of ultrasound report formats. Always review extracted values before saving.

Growth Charts & Percentiles
Visualize fetal growth trajectories plotted against Hadlock reference curves. Each scan is displayed as an EFW percentile, with automatic flagging of asymmetric growth patterns when AC percentile diverges significantly from EFW percentile.

Hadlock Calculations
Calculate estimated fetal weight from biometric measurements using validated Hadlock formulas — HC/AC/FL, BPD/AC/FL, or AC/FL — when EFW is not reported directly.

Twin Pregnancy Support
Track Twin A and Twin B independently with separate growth charts and measurement histories. Supports monochorionic-diamniotic (MCDA) and monochorionic-monoamniotic (MCMA) pregnancies with automatic risk flagging for TTTS.

Clinical Risk Flags
Patient profiles include gestational diabetes type, treatment regimen, HbA1c, BMI, hypertensive disorders, and prior macrosomia — all surfaced at a glance in the patient header.
