Instead of receiving extra compensation for the additional time and workload, I was given a late delivery violation. I submitted a dispute form explaining the entire situation in detail, and the violation was eventually revoked. However, despite that, my account was still deactivated due to the same late delivery violation. I am confident that the detailed explanation I provided in the deactivation appeal was never actually reviewed. I simply received a response saying that the deactivation decision is final. On top of that, the communication and tone in the emails from support were far from professional. For such a serious issue, the way it was handled felt careless and dismissive. Based on my experience, this platform cannot even be considered a reliable alternative for delivery drivers. ### 1/5 — Jobs *2026-02-26, version 2.188* They have the worst platform app on the market you will be notified there are jobs available you can open the app on under half a second from when you receive the notification there is still not any jobs displayed . You call support they tell you there corporate voice oh that means other contractors have grab the job opportunity already that is absolute BS . No way there grabbing these jobs that fast . The video you have to watch does not specify that wearing the company badge is mandatory during service, it only states that one will be given to you. Don’t waste your time signing up to work for this company. Every time you get a notification saying there’s a block available, nothing appears on the screen. I’ve reached out to support 4-5 times and they give me the same response. “Due to high demand BS” I signed up to work last year and I’ve still not been able to claim a block. Nothing is ever available. They don’t honor the policies you can clearly see in writing on their website. Driver support is not supportive at all. They constantly find ways to pay less and less. When you email or message with specific questions they avoid answering at all and just spew nonsense that has nothing to do with what you asked. Currently they are paying a flat rate of $21 per hour. There are no taxes taken out. Most routes are 36 miles or more. There are expenses for gas, maintenance, etc so at the end of the day you end up losing money to deliver for them. Received notification that routes are available and every time I click the link - NO routes are available. Reached out to Support - that’s a joke! They keep telling me that routes go quickly and to keep refreshing to see available routes! I’ve done so for over a month and still NOTHING! Tired of waiting! This app is trully a waist of time and worst off all a scam they collect all your info and then theres never any blocks availabile. When you finally book a block they make you do another background check nothing goes accordingly with this app there is always something wrong. The app has a lot of issues. The pay is very low For the amount of work you have to do. For some reason the apartments I have to deliver to are 30 miles from the station. There are a lot of apartments nearby by that they deliver to, but I rarely get those. I see the same people getting those routes all the time. The blocks are very hard to get. If you check at exactly 10 am on Thursdays you might be able to get a few for next week. They cancel about half the blocks I get about 3 hours before and you won’t get paid. If you cancel within 6 hours, you’ll get a violation. If you see a really good block the same day and you grab it, Chances are you are going to be a backup and you won’t get a route, and they will only pay you $15 for waisting your time. After spending 3 hours delivering. You’ll have to drive back to the station to return the key fobs.( for free) most of the time I do a 3 hour for $63 I end up driving about 60 milers not counting the trip to and from home. This is by far the worst way to try to make money. They want you to be free all day so they cancel whenever they want. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2026-05-24, version 3.9* Doesnt load, no job, nothing. I was accepted to start working with him. I was notified that there were blocks waiting for May 4 to May 10 on the same day that I applied. I went to look at the app to see if there were any offers and there was nothing there I assume since I just made the account that I would have to wait or that there was something else they needed to be set up when I contacted customer service they claimed that the apples first come first serve, which is OK you know I’ve dealt with multiple gig apps and that’s pretty much the concept of one of them although later on that day I literally was on my phone and I seen an offer pop up and I tapped it in the moment that I tapped it was gone. This app is full of nothing but bikes and it seems that they don’t even care as long as the packages are getting delivered. The order notifications pops up all day everyday but I can never select it to receive an order to delivery. When I open the app there are never deliveries available for me. If you tap a notification the second it pops up, sometimes there are blocks that sit but mostly they aren’t there. There’s no way they’re being grabbed that fast. Either the app is glitching or dispatch is moving things around which shouldn’t be sending out a notification. The map will also glitch while delivering, esp the building view by floor. I wish the map could be rotated and “frozen” on a complex as well. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Preferred driver *2025-12-28* I have worked as a 1099 driver for this company for three years now between the Tampa location and the Charlotte North Carolina location. As a preferred driver, we are able to grab shifts on Wednesday, one week prior for the following week. Any remaining shifts would be dropped for the public on Thursdays. If any shifts are dropped by someone that may have picked it up, it is also up for grabs to the public as well. I think it's a great company. Just wish they would make us 1099 drivers permanent employees. Other than that I have no complaints. ### 5/5 — Agree *2025-11-25, version 2.182* Same here it’s been an entire year and nothing. I picked up a shift that same day to try it out. I was given a shift drove to the warehouse picked up 47 package. You have a 3 hr window to deliver if you can’t deliver all then you return what you didn’t deliver back to warehouse and key fob. You won’t get paid for any minutes after the 3hr so make sure you are heading back 15 minutes before the 3 hr window. Make sure you have a wagon as well that will help you load packages because they do not offer one. You must have your own. Other then that it’s pretty simple. Just scan packages and always take a picture when you leave it at doors. ### 5/5 — Latest update works great!! *2020-03-24* After the latest update, I think it’s awesome that we’re able to apply filters to the active deliveries. One thing that would be great is to have a notification system so couriers would be notified when a resident makes a change to an active delivery in their batch. Like if they go from “do not leave” to “leave”. That way the courier can be notified in real-time and can deliver more efficiently. Either way, keep up the great features! ### 5/5 — So much more efficient. *2019-03-23* Using the web app to deliver packages worked alright but this app adds SO many new features that save time while on routes.
