I enjoy the Fetch app. I’ve tried Copper and it sucks. Boo Copper!!! 👎 Might I suggest earning points when we guess the daily word? Highest points earned go to guessing it on the first try and second would get a lower amount and so on and so forth. When everything is done correctly on my end. They will take away points stating that something doesn’t look right and they are keeping it “fair” for everyone. Now all you get is 25 credits. It never tracks any offers you buy. You have to go through and find the receipt and go back and add the items you bought and prices. And that doesn't even always give you the full offer. Sometimes only points per dollar spent instead of the promo plus per $ spent. And forget about getting customer service. That's a joke. I just placed an order for petco and chewy using the app for the high promo reward. Got 25 instead. Well they didn’t like that. I made a few purchases on my favorite website which would have equaled out to about 3000 points. What does Fetch do you ask??? Why they let me know they are going to withhold my points till the end of October! So let me understand this Fetch is making BIG money off of our data but is too stingy to give me my points that I earned.
