Great game, only issue is you need to restart if you lose your village as you can no longer get troops even if you can win ambushes. I beat the game (defeated all villages) but then there’s nothing else to do other then win ambushes. Maybe say “you won” or something. Would be nice to to have a different leveling system? Maybe be able to upgrade weapon or have a longe range option. See “Feudalism” on stick games or armor games for ideas?

You're absolutely right about losing your village — being unable to recruit troops afterward can basically force a restart, and that's something I definitely want to fix.
I'll also look into adding a proper victory screen when all villages are defeated, as well as improving the progression system with things like weapon upgrades and possibly ranged units.
And thanks for mentioning Feudalism! I'll definitely take another look at it for inspiration. Really appreciate you taking the time to play through the whole game and share these suggestions!
