Ich habe den Kauf aufgeteilt, beim zweiten Kauf (oh Zufall) ließ sich der zweite Gutschein gar nicht erst aktivieren. Ich wollte das Geld zurück (der Gutschein ist ja nicht mal auf andere Events oder Personen übertragbar) und dachte, gut, 20 Euro, da werden sie sich jetzt nicht anstellen. Wie kann man sich irren: anstatt einfach mitzuteilen, dass sie nicht daran denken, einem das zurückzuzahlen, wird man weitergereicht zwischen irgendwelchen Yanniks und Maries, die einem mithilfe von ChatGPT Unterstützung vorheucheln, bis der Kreis von vorn losgeht. Selten so etwas Dreistes erlebt, das einen in den Wahnsinn treibt. Ein Kundenservice straight from Hell, Danke für nichts. **Developer response:** Hallo! Fever miscommunicated with Iceland Eclipse and the tour we paid for in full months ago was cancelled during our flight to Iceland leaving us stuck with no plans or accommodations for the entire week and less than 12 hours to make alternate plans. Iceland Eclipse arranged something else but it wasn’t what we paid for and we’re still owed over $3000. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-08-11, version 7.242.0* Do not buy tickets for anything through this app! Absolute scammers! Spent £340 on tickets and then travelled to London and the event wasn’t even on! No communication and trying to get a response is a nightmare! ### 1/5 — If event cancels, they wont notify you or refund you *2026-08-09, version 7.242.0* Booked Titantic. The event closed. They didnt notify us. We were turned away at door. Then they refused to refund us. And they fought creditcard company of all the people on reddit that pointed it out. ### 1/5 — Estafa *2026-08-09, version 7.242.0* Perdí 87 dólares en esta aplicación la verdad es horrible de que no puedas usar tu boleto y que no te puedan devolver tu dinero,la unica forma es con un voucher, pero si lo que compras es menos de los tienes ellos se quedan con tu dinero . Y si te lo dice hasta el final , “mi culpa por no leer “ pero solo de un uso no me parece justo .QUE PASA CON MI DINERO RESTANTE????? , ### 1/5 — Denied refund after duplicate payment due to no confirmation of the first transaction. *2026-08-07, version 7.242.0* We booked 4 tickets to see Aura show via fever app,1st time when we tried booking the tickets we didn’t get any confirmation email from fever and that time there was no deduction from my bank account as well, so we booked the tickets 2nd time after few mins thinking there might be a system error and when I checked the account the amount was deducted twice. So we emailed fever app asking for the refund for the duplicate payment but instead of refunding and accepting their system fault. they gave us the points/voucher which we don’t want neither require. Very very disappointed with the app as well the policy. Wouldn’t book anything ever again from this morally corrupt app. And FYI we still didn’t get any confirmation for the 1st tickets. That proves system fault. ### 1/5 — Scam gift card policy violates CA Law *2026-08-07, version 7.242.0* I was gifted four $60 gift cards as that was the only amount they would sell them for. However, this website only allows you to use one gift card per reservation. So if your reservation is over $60 or the fees come to over $60 you are required to pay the difference. Not only do you have to pay the difference, but you are unable to book multiple reservations for the same time under your user name if you would like to use the gift cards. Basically this devalues the gift cards and is illegal. ### 1/5 — I don’t want your app, I just want my tickets! *2026-08-07, version 7.242.0* After you purchase your tickets, you must create a full profile on their website AND ALSO download the app (which keeps pushing for more location access) just to access the tickets you have purchased. No emails, no receipts, nothing. Seems shady. ### 2/5 — Badly developed app, no “human” support available. *2026-08-07, version 7.242.0* I realised I had the wrong dates selected when hitting confirm. The cancel button on the payment screen doesn’t work and the payment went through. Contacted the online support. I was told it is human support but they were totally useless and unhelpful. They gave me a number to call (+852 2154 4938) but the number is dead. Avoid this app if you should ever need any customer service. Had to request a chargeback from my bank to resolve. Poor. ### 1/5 — Inflexible ticket policy *2026-08-03, version 7.241.0* I was injured the day before my ticket to Titanic show and I was unable to be on my feet for any length of time. I asked to just postpone my ticket for a week so I was more stable and comfortable for the VR experience and was told that all sales were final and they were unwilling to change my ticket dates.
