You guys can do better! ### 1/5 — This app is not user friendly at all!!! *2026-05-06* I've been having issues with booking deliveries on this app, so I've been trying to stick to the business portal. However, since the portal is experiencing problems, I've had to return to using the app. I want to understand why, after booking a delivery, the shipment fee is deducted from my wallet balance while the shipment still shows as "pending payment." Additionally, when I attempt to use the safe locker option from Lagos to Abuja, I'm being charged 6,181 Naira instead of the correct fee of 2,500 Naira.
