You put in your username and then it asks you if the picture shown looks familiar. I don't know how it's supposed to look familiar when there is never anywhere during your initial account creation to select an image to begin with. Some additional instructions or a better log in screen would be very helpful! ### 1/5 — First screen makes me not login *2015-09-21, version 4.2* After putting in my username the screen that comes up and asks if this does not look familiar then don't login... So I have not. Went online and cannot figure out where you would set that up. So right now it's a 1 star. I submitted a claim and they denied it saying it was an estimate but that was my receipt. I wish it had a message option. ### 1/5 — Nothing is working. I answer my security questions and still cannot get access to this app. I have to call and reset everything each time. A major hassle. Face recognition doesn’t work or give you the option even after you tell the app to use it when you sign up “again”. ### 1/5 — Does not recognize my information *2020-11-27* I downloaded the app, as I have claims to submit, and my flex spending card is currently being held hostage, as they need more information from my pcp. Typical of First Financial, they state that they have no record of my name or my employee number. I have a sizable amount of money taken out of my paycheck that say otherwise. I was hoping that the app would be a simpler way than playing phone tag with First Financial. ### 1/5 — If only I could give a zero star *2017-09-21* This app apparently doesn't work very well. Every claim I've submitted through it has been denied due to lack of information.... W-E ### 1/5 — Cannot use *2016-04-24* It's impossible to even log in. Half the time it says "this user is found, but not able to log in" or tells me my password is incorrect - I've never been told my password was incorrect on the website. It appears to be an attempt to keep you from spending what was left over, if your employer has selected that option. ### 3/5 — App is convenient, but still cumbersome *2019-11-04* Inconsistent processing times for submissions is the main issue with this company. Sometimes medical reimbursement happens within a week, sometimes up to 3 weeks. Even monthly Dependent Care Deposits that are the same date every pay period and “autogenerated” vary by 7-14 days on processing times.
